If you are used to enjoy Botarga this is a very good place to buy from it was delicious . The colt was as it should be the smell great and the value was a little high .

This is fantastic Bottarga. It will be my go to bottarga from now on. Beautifully balanced between savory and sea water sweet.

Not happy with the quality the bottarga ,was dark and dry, not really fresh and soft and tender. I’m a little bit disappointed.

Many years ago, a friend introduced me to sliced bottarga and garlic. I haven’t had it again until today, and it still tasted as wonderful as I can remember. Now that I know that it’s available on Amazon, I will be able to continue enjoying it.

I like this brand. Ordered a few times. The last order consisted from two packages. One package has the great quality and flavor. The second package had not really good sealing. It had some air inside and it was the reason for the some discoloration. Instead the light honey color it become blackish.The taste as well from 5 I wood give 3.5.

Absolutely lovely. So delicious.

Meh, I've had better. Not worth the price to me. A little too dark in color as if been in stock a long time before selling.
