Finally I had the chance to test out the neck pillow on a plane. I had 2x2 hrs flights the same day, the morning there and late night return. This pillow is unbelievably comfortable. I'm quite tall with a bigger body, so maybe for smaller people it's different, but for me it made a huge difference. Especially on the late night flight when I really needed to rest. I just wish those two behind me would shut up, so I could sleep a bit more. But the neck pillow is amazing. Very supportive all around, and it's easy to stuff it in the attached pouch. Also the cover is removable and washable. I did wash it. I can't believe it was that cheap. I love it and I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!

I've always struggled to fall asleep on Planes when travelling, so thought I'd try this. Whilst it does appear to be a quality product, it provides support, it packages nicely in its pouch, I didn't manage to fall asleep whilst using it. I don't think there is anything wrong with the product I just thing I'm not destined to sleep on planes!

We've never used a travel neck pillow before.. however after using this one we wouldn't want to be without ever again.We had a 4hr 40mins flight, not the longest flight but these pillows were a Godsend! If you get the pillow, your shoulder & your jaw in the right position you'll sleep like a baby. My husband was doubtful at first but gave it a go & was raving about it when he woke up!!The material is soft. It doesn't make you sweat & it's comfortable around your neck. Clever fold away design that packs back into its own bag that's attached to the pillow. A great idea & it's never lost!Would definitely recommend & buy again if we needed to.

Maybe my neck's just small (I don't think it is) but very loose fit even tightened to its smallest. Potentially, therefore, not much support when travelling... time will tell.Other than that feels like it's made from decent material, no rough edges to scratch, etc. Integral storage pouch makes packing easy.Edit to add. Outstanding customer service received from the seller, can't fault their approach/response at all.

Easy to use but not very comfortable for me. Needs to be a bit bigger to be able to lean on more comfortably.

I have a lot of neck pain and trying to get some sleep on a plane is genuinely harrowing. I put this on (probably backwards) and can just rest my head against it and my neck is completely unbothered. Honestly revolutionary for me.

I like the travel pillow,easy to open and it’s nice the bag it’s attached to pillow to not lose,I would preferred to be more soft.

I bought this after having some surgery and needed to keep my neck straight when sleeping. I can see why it might be too firm on a plane, however using it to sleep when sitting upright is very comfortable and I’ve been sleeping at least 6 hours with it on without issue.So definitely for me it’s better to sleep laying back with or when reading propped up against day a headboard in bed but I agree I think it would be too firm to travel. Great quality though and value
