SO EASY to install (heed the warning to not cut the zip tie before installing - it makes a big difference). I love the tension adjustment and the way the extensions work - everything is held together by tension, no tools or any "putting together" required. The tensioning also adjusts how tightly the latch on the gate fits, so adjust carefully. I also recommend using the metal support bar they provide with the extension kit - contributes significantly to its overall stability. We realized we needed a longer extension than already provided in the box, ordered it, expecting to have to wait over the weekend but it came almost immediately so we were able to install it next day. Only takes about 10 minutes, less if you aren't using the extension. The cat door is perfect, my cat figured out at once how to escape the dog through it and no more doggies in the kitty litter.

I needed a bigger gate for my hallway entrance to keep dog out and cats can go back. This gate and extension was perfect. It is sturdy and opens and close nicely. Love it

We have a new puppy, plus grandchildren coming to visit, and this gate is perfect! It arrived carefully packaged and was very easy to install (we had to add extensions and there was no problem). The gate is very sturdy and attractive. The swinging auto close door is such a plus! The door is secure so young children can't open it, but very easy for an adult to use. Highly recommended!!

Well built and easy to install. The only thing needed is a zip tie to hold the brace on for the extension incase you are not going to mount all the way to the floor. With the width of my opening I needed the 8.25 and 11 inch extensions and just had enough room for the gate to fit so i could not put flat on the floor because of the baseboard. Very pleased with this gate.

I installed this gate in less than a half hour. I worried that my 18 month old nephew would get hurt if he pulled on it and it came away from the door. He has pulled on it over and over in frustration that he cannot get through and it has not moved an inch! Amazed at how well it works.

I needed just a few more inches to close off our family living room. Worked great in combination with the Cumbor 43.3” gate. It’s sturdy and just what I needed .

Great extension for the Cumbor gate.It comes with a metal frame kind of thing and helps prevent bending at the connection between the gate and this extension. Solid, and easy

Easy to install - except for if you have baseboards make sure you get a baseboard kit to get the gate flush with the floor
