Solid, affordable, adjustable rack with a small footprint.
The packaging weighs 44lbs and isn't as large as I thought it would be.The packaging is comprised of two pieces and upon arrival, the rear of the box was seperated from the front because the tape came apart (leaving the potential for items to fall out). Fortunately, all items are present. All the small items like nails and plastic trim were in a small box with the rest of the large metal pieces (5 metal pieces in total).Initial impressions: two tone red/black colors look great. There are light imperfections on the paint (scratches). I dont mind, but some might. The install process is as simple as you can get. It took about 15 minutes to install. There are only 5 steps in the install and I had no issues. I used a 11/16 wrench and 17mm socket wrench to do the job.I picked this over other racks for three reasons:1)The width was adjustable. I wanted to be able to adjust it so I have the option of using multiple bars in case I need to relocate it.2) The second reason was the price. It was priced better than similar racks.3) The footprint on this is as small as they get for the features it has.The build quality is great. The rack feels secure and doesn't sway left and right like other racks I have owned. I would recommend this to a friend and would purchase again.I docked a star because packaging wasn't closed. I attached photos.

Wobbly. Low-quality material.
Yes, it is easy to assemble. There are only 6 screws and bolts. So what? If 0 star was allowed, I would not have given 1 star for sturdiness or stability. As shown in the video, the rail was shaking and the knob could not be tighten any more. Official stats show the package weight was only 42.7 pounds and capacity was 480 lbs. It is a light weight produce. I thought the design would cover the defect and made it a heavy duty equipment. But it was not the case at all. When I did squat on it, it was wobbly. When I did bench press on it, it was wobbly. When I did dips on it, it was wobbly. Also, the material used is terrible. The bolts and screws could easily deform the steel tube. There are tons of other good products with same even lower price. 300 bucks is enough to buy a good squat stand even a decent squat rack. DO NOT choose this one. I’m considering to return it.

Keep looking.
The rack is okay. It is best for squats. Dip bar is too wide to be effective, and the stand is too low for it to be effective for the bench press. My stand did not come with all the necessary parts (missing the nuts for the bolts that hold the stand together). I had to buy my own. I'm still waiting to hear from the seller. Overall, I think a better stand can be found for similar money. Keep looking.

Sturdy..adjustable and easy to setup
I've been using this for a week and so far .. no regrets. I love the way each piece was covered in plastic during shipping. The instructions were easy enough..I use it for both squats and bench presses and it is indeed sturdy. It is good that it is adjustable as well. It was the only one I saw so far that fit in my basement without the need to align both sides each time like when you buy those products with two separate sides.

Good value for the price
I bought this for my son for now and daughter once she is a little older to start lifting. He often likes to join my husband and I in our gym and the Rogue rack we have is much too large for him of course. This was perfect as it is adjustable and holds a decent weight limit. It fits his mini OSO barbell perfectly and he can perform some light squats and bench on it. The dip bar is perfect for him as the Rogue one we have is a fat bar so he cannot use it. He already have a mini pull-up bar so I didn’t mind that it does not come with it. It was packaged well, is pretty sturdy and good value for the price. We lift a good bit so I don’t think I would purchase this for an adult that is a heavy lifter. I would recommend something more durable from somewhere like Rogue, PR Lifting etc, but if you are just starting out and need something super affordable, this is a pretty decent purchase.

Not a good choice for bench press, but sturdy otherwise
This product seems sturdy and was not hard to assemble. As others have noted, the safety catches are in the way when you try to bench press. They are too high to allow you to go all the way down with the bar, and too low for a good starting point (i.e., if you use them to hold your bar at the start). They are right in the middle of the natural motion for bench press and they stick out too far to avoid them. It is very awkward - we can only do light bench press with a spotter to basically hand the lifter the bar, and then take it from the lifter at the end of reps. Because we bought it primarily for benching, and it would not be easy to disassemble and return, it will likely end up being a high priced barbell holder. I think this would work better for squats (though the safety catches seem awfully low to be all that "safe").

Good rack for moderate lifting
Overall pretty good squat bar for light-to-medium weight. It's very stable, but I wouldn't go much over 200lbs with any free-standing squat rack (at that point, you're better off using a cage). The quick releases are easy to use and allows changing heights/widths in just seconds. My only gripe is I wish the width could be closer together for dips. I'm 6'0" with wide shoulders so it's adequate, but people with smaller frames may have an issue. But overall, very pleased.

Nice little gym rack for smaller spaces
Nice little gym rack for smaller spaces. Nice that it's adjustable. When I recieved the product it didn't have all of the hardware. Had to go out and buy my own nuts to finish the assembly. At 5'7" the dip rack is a little too wide even when fully adjusted. Looks are good and assembly is easy as long as you receive all the hardware.
