Got rid of water weight so no complaints.
This helps get rid of some water weight which was perfect because I had to get into an outfit for an event on Saturday and started working on it on Wednesday so no complaints.

Don’t waste your money
I am on day 2 and am still deciding whether to go for day 3. I feel bloated and uncomfortable. I’m also constpated.
