Amazing zinc
I am very satisfied with this product. One tablet is enough and if you take more than then beware that zinc deplete copper which causes greying of hair.Magnesium and zinc are two amazing mineral along with vitamin D3+k2, which will change your life. I am also using NOW Magnesium L-threonate, and very satisfied.

Perfect supplement. Well, supplement by default means additional and no Indian medical or otherwise sells "supplements". !! 50 mg elemental zinc from 400 mg(approx) gluconate, with a regimen will reap benefits. Prenant déjà un complément alimentaire qui me fournit déjà 10mg de zinc quotidiennement, je voulais avoir en réserve un booster en 50mg pour faire face à toutes situations cet hiver. Je ne pense pas qu'il est nécessaire de prendre du zinc en 50mg sur une base quotidienne ou alors tous les deux jours. Au vu du prix intéressant et d'une quantité limitée à 100 comprimés, ce produit répond à mes besoins. Néanmoins il faut noter qu'il contient du stearate de magnésium et qu'il faudra éviter d'en abuser par principe de précaution et d'en prendre que ponctuellement pour renforcer le système immunitaire en cas de besoin, d'où les 4 étoiles.
