Too soon to tell
I've been taking theses for a month. I think it will take another couple of months before any improvement in my hair can be seen. Hence the mid=way rating.

they smell odd
these didn't smell like the vitamin B Compound Strong tablets I have had from elsewhere in the past and they were a different colour, so I decided to bin them.
