Levi's Boys' 510 Skinny Fit Jeans

I bought a size up for my son last year when he was 5 almost 6. He is tallest in class and always skinnier than the other tall boys. The size was 7 and they had to be folded twice and tightened around the waist with the inner elastic. They were big but not goofy big where fabric bulged on the bottom. He still wore his 6s and he fit 7s by late spring. By this fall they were high waters and tight fitted so i bought him a couple 8s. I thought i made a mistake because they bulged at his bottom when using the inner elastics so i boight him a belt to wear every day. I thought i was crazy and thought those were 6s i gave away and i was supposed to get a 7 because those 8s were huge but long enough. He needed a couple more pair recently because he lost a pair and the other ones were faded after one wash. I think they were cheap and made for discount stores like SamsClub where I got them for $12.97. I didnt know about size 7X until last week when i ordered these and i picked out a few pair to try. I wanted to measure and be sure this time and i noticed a big jump in the waist from size 7 to 8 and length was average change. The 7X and 8 are same length but the waist in the 7X was right in between 7 and 8 regular. I am sure maybe the sizes were made for huskier boys as it's common and the size 7X was made for the kids like mine. I call my son Jack Skellington as he is fascinated by the character and skeleton characters overall. So I iust thought this may help those parents that are raising Jack Skellingtons ! Lol i am so very happy with this purchase and provided a picture of the difference in a 7X and 8. The wash is a perfect black. Light colored stitching and silverish but not shiny. Cute fit.

This fit my 100 pound 5’1 teen perfectly well. I bought a size 14.

My son won’t wear any other jeans but these. They are comfortable and durable for teenage boys. Worth the buy.

My grandson is tall and thin All legs. First time in trying to find pants that are long enough and fit at the waist. Levi's fit perfectly and the price was better then anywhere else. Thanks again Amazon.

Perfect item!!

I felt compelled to write this review, ego aside, because not only do I love 510s, but the 18R size fits me almost perfectly. Which is good... but consider this: I'm a 32 year old man.I'm a bicycle racer and rather on the short/thin side (5'8", 136 pounds) and have spent the last few years with the following problem: enter store. Ask for smallest jeans available. Be stuck with 28 or 29s often with 30" + inseam. Now 30" is about right, but in the 510s especially it seems a bit long. At the suggestion of a Levi's store employee, I ordered a pair of 18R boys 510s from Amazon. They fit like a glove... in fact, the fit better than the 29x30s I just bought for over twice as much. It might be that though the say 29x29, they run a tiny bit long. That or I really am closer to 29x29 or 28x29. My only complaint is that the waist is a tiny bit big, but when you're not a "big guy" you just get used to wearing a belt. Thankfully my relatively thick legs do a good job of keeping them up.Other than that, they fit/wear exactly like the "grown up" version of the same pant and considering the substantial discount, I will not complain. If you are like me, figuring out that "boys jeans" fit perfectly is kind of a sweet deal. I've ordered two more pairs and all three together are cheaper than the "manly" iteration of the same model. Winning or something, right?

Los jeans para niño son muy difícil de encontrarlos en el mercado y LEVI'S, siempre se ha caracterizado por atender prendas para personas de todas edades. Son productos de gran calidad, su precio y entrega muy bien.

El diseño es muy lindo. Ojo, las tallas son un poco más grandes.
