Good glove to move around hot pans. But I still wouldn’t hold them for too long

Definitely worth the price! We used a similar glove in working with aviation components, upholstery, sheet metal, to protect against sharp edges. The called them cut gloves, if you were using an Exacto knife and weren't using it and got cut, it was a problem.

SUPERIOR TO OVEN MITTS

This glove works quite well for a short time but it can't block the heat indefinitely. After about five seconds I could feel the heat start breaking through. It's fine for taking a dish out of the oven and immediately placing it on the stovetop or a trivet on the counter, just don't expect to hold onto the dish for very long.

The hubby loves them and says it helps keeps his hands from burning

Product works if you put oven hot dish down immediately. If you have to hold it a moment, you start feeling the heat. And one size is pretty small on my 6'3" Grandson.
