Nice upgrade to original flat panel
I have the We-boost 4G Home system that came with the flat panel antenna. The flat panel allowed me to get 2 bars LTE inside my metal home when I had two bars outside the home with no booster. This Yagi antenna boosted my signal to 3 BARs LTE in my metal home. I used an app to locate my closest antenna which was 7 miles away. I then pointed then Yagi antenna to the western compass direction the app was showing. No mount the antenna on the metal house we used an old Dishnetwork "Boom" arm mounted to the highest point on our eve. With a few adapters we purchased from amazon we were able to reuse the original flat panel antenna that was supplied with the We Boost as a replacement for the inside the home antenna. The original small antenna for indoors was only submitting a 3 Bar Signal in the room it was located in. With the flat panel antenna inside we can now receive 3 bars almost everywhere in our 1200 SQ FT cabin.Good Luck!

Genuine Wilson product - much improved signal-to-noise.
I have three of these, two for 4G LTE internet, and one for a Wilson whole-house booster. I've tried several antennas from other manufacturers over the years, and this one has consistently delivered higher performance, better SINR, higher RSSI. These numbers can be found on my L791 Jetpack (another great product, available here), under "Diagnostics."The mounting brackets allow for rotation; for internet MIMO, I have each antenna rotated 45 degrees, in opposite directions. The U-bolts with clamps are of better quality, and the mounting bar is tough- it doesn't bend when the u-bolts are tightened down.Make sure you get the correct variant; this one is 75 ohms with a female "F" connector., which is compatible with Wilson's "WeBoost" systems. For the Jetpack, you need the 50 ohm model, which has a female "N" connector. All around great antenna, provides excellent service on Band 13 (750MHz) and Band 4 (1700-2100MHz). Make sure you use premium coaxial cable! The thinner, cheaper cables will drain all your decibels away!

Boosts signal strength in the country for AT&T
As an AT&T user who lives out in the country, I have been having problems with my cell phone reception inside my house. I purchased this item to help boost my signal. Relatively easy to install: my brother-in-law climbed up on my roof and attached it to my antenna. I believe he said he only needed a wrench and a screwdriver. For securing it onto the antenna, take your time to point in the direction of the nearest cell phone tower from your provider; I walked around in my yard and then inside my house to test signal strength on my phone, while he used a "field test" device on the roof to determine the strongest signal. One thing to note, this device uses the F female connector. Make sure you have the correct cable and male connector that will work with this device. Otherwise, you are making a trip to a store. The signal strength around the exterior of my house is considerably stronger inside. I used to only have one to three bars, now I have an average of three bars and sometimes four. I am still having an issue inside my house. I do have another internal omnidirectional antenna and my brother-in-law believes that may be causing interference. Unfortunately, when I disable the Omni directional antenna I still have no service in the majority at my house.Overall, I believe this device does help boost the cellphone signal. For myself, I believe I'm having other issues that complicates my situation. For example, my iPhone 5 I'll have no service or a periodic one bar in the center of my house, while my sister's iPhone 5S has signal all day long wherever she walks around in my house. Yet, when we both go outside, we both have about three bars. Thus, I believe I am having more issues than just needing a wide band Signal booster; However, the booster does make a noticeable increase in the signal strength.UPDATE:I installed the Connect 4G-X by Weboost inside my house and now I have great cell coverage inside my home. I credit the combination both for me finally getting a 4 and at times 5 signal strength for my AT&T phone.

Can't tell if it made a difference
Using this on an RV with a WeBoost booster, camping in remote areas. There were several campsites where we had very marginal cell signal and we had some improvement in data performance, but not much, using the original omni-directional antenna. Switching over to this directional antenna did not seem to make much, if any, difference no matter which way I pointed it. I was using a map of cell tower locations and definitely pointed the antenna in those directions. Unfortunately, I didn't take any actual side-by-side measurements so this opinion is purely subjective based on perceived data performance.

Upgrade from panel antenna (RV)
Tl;DR: if you're using a weBoost outdoor panel antenna, replace it with this one today.I've had weBoost for a few years now and have sworn by it for camping in remote areas. It's always vastly improved my signal where one was even intermittently available. The style I bought was for RV applications and came with a panel-style outdoor antenna. I also live rural about 6 miles from the tower behind a hill. Without weboost, data was almost impossible. With weboost & the panel antenna, it was better but generally "just okay". Immediately upon installing this antenna and pointing it in the general direction of the tower, my data is now on fire. It cut my ping time in half and tripled the distance I can be from the indoor base station.Worth every penny. I have RG11 cabling on the way to make it even better. Thank you, Wilson!
