Great
Work equal to my old compex but more functional without the cables

Been using it for a few weeks, it works well.
I had to return the first time I ordered it because I could not get it to connect to the app. But the second device I received connected right away. I used it in recovery mode because I was super sore after a workout at the gym and the next day my muscles felt way better. I’ve also been using it in resistance mode in hopes of toning but it’s too soon to see results.

App doesn’t work making the unit inoperable
I purchased this, received this morning. I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and attempted to register. I would get the 4 digit code, press submit/done, the app comes up with …. Loading, and then just kicks me back to the registration screen. I’ve tried logging in directly (maybe it registered me), that didn’t work, forgot password didn’t work. I called the company, first got dumped into a voicemail that will probably never be returned. I called back, the person I spoke with said they have no troubleshooting for the app, so I should try on another device (I tried on my iPad as well) and just return it. I repeated to him: so you’re selling a product reliant upon an app to work, you have no troubleshooting, so I should just return it? He confirmed. I’ve emailed the company, we’ll see if I can get anywhere. The device works, plugs in, turns on, but I can’t get past the registration screen. Oh well. Ridiculous for what I had thought looked like a conscientious and reputable company.

Excellent portable device
Effective portable apparatus. It works for pain relief and works in the fascia. Of course, it will never replace manual therapy, yet, it is useful. I've used it in my lower back and hamstrings with great results. Probably a bigger version is better but the fact that you can take it anywhere is a great plus for me.

Just doesn't get any deep relief to the muscle
Pros:- Love the app to control different settings- compact with a nice travel caseCons--Was recommended that I buy this product for relief from tight muscles in the trap and shoulder area. It's too superficial.- Feels like a very very weak massage on some settings and just jolts on others- sticky skin applicator can't touch any paper or the adhesive side of the others. It peels off
