They work!
I needed something for my overpronation that would take in account my high arches but would still allow for enough space for my toes to have space to help with my bunion pain. I liked the fact that these were advertised as having 3/4 length (allowing toe room), high arch support, and were rigid (flexing arch support just aggravates my overpronation). However, I still remained somewhat skeptical, given the disappointment I’ve had with numerous other orthotic inserts. Imagine my surprise when I placed them in my shoes and stood on them for the first time…I instantly noted a feeling of support around my arches and ankles, as well as what can only be described as a feeling of realignment of my knees and hips! My wife asked me how they felt…I could only smile! I only wore them for a few hours the first day, just to make sure I wasn’t a victim of self delusion. I wasn’t. I wore them continuously for the next few days and found that I truly was walking and feeling better in my ankles, knees, and hips. I then put in an order for two more pairs. These were truly a game-changer for me.

Incredible support for both heel and arch. You'll stand and walk so much better.
I was skeptical that for this low price that these would be durable orthotic inserts, and wow, I'm blown away by the quality and the support these provide. They slip nicely into my shoes without squishing my feet. The most important is the support in the arch and the heel. The pictures they have for this do not do this product justice. You can see that there's a supporting shape for the heel pocket and deep swoop to hug that arch. I love these. Now I know I can buy a bunch and shove them in all my shoes. I had NO period of time needed to get accustomed to having these in my shoes. I literally put them in and instantly my feet felt comfortable and happy. Incredible value for the money. I love these. If I'm able to, I'll go in on my phone and add the picture to show what I'm talking about.

A little wide, but helped
They help to relieve my arch pain. I do think they are a bit wide. I could have gone down a size. I ordered the size reccomended. I wear an 8-8.5 USA women's size running shoe. The reccomended the next size up from the smallest one. I could have gone down a size and I think it would have been better. I mostly wear barefoot shoes that are pretty wide and not very structured all the way down and these still push on the sides of my shoes. I'm thinking about a smaller pair to see of its better because it does help. They are not soft at all. They are a rigid peice of plastic meant to keep the foot aligned and arch elevated. They easily skipped into my shoes and minimally took up space with my thin foam inserts. With my thicker inserts and my insulated insoles, they made the back of the shoe too low on my heel on some shoes. I don't find that they slip when your foot is in the shoe. I would reccomended trying them.

Great relief for pronated ankles
I'm on my second pair. The first pair held up well for about 3.5 years. They are still usable but I've moved them to a lesser used pair of shoes. They are hard soles but there's no discomfort involved though I recommend socks to keep it from accidentally pinching at the point it ends and your foot goes insertless. Also, there may be a period of getting used to it since it is hard and not gel or cushioned. It's just been a long time and I don't remember. The arch is higher than most in-store insoles and that really helps ease the pain I have with pronation. Less pain=more stamina.

OK. But for Me the Full Length Supports work Better
I found that a good pair of full lenth insoles worked better than these "partial length" supports. Full length arch supports seem to make more sense to me as well. The whole foot is supported and bc of the full length they don't tend to slide around inside the shoe. That was something I experieinced with the part length supports.

Sore feet no more!!
We have bought several sets of these! My partner says they are the best ones he has ever used. They don’t make his feet hurt!

Stays put and sturdy!
So sturdy! If you are looking for a pillowy, cushioned insole, look elsewhere. The arch support makes the shoe super comfortable, so I don’t really care for the lack of cushioning. I tried other 3/4 insoles and they slid too far into my Danner boot as my foot was going in, but these insoles stay put while putting on and taking off boots… For 1/4 the price!

Hard as a rock
These are extremely HARD! I thought that would be good for my high arches but it was to the poing I had to take them out it was so painful. It left my arches and outer foot very sore and painful to the point I needed to continuously massage them. A long work shift jn these had me limping it's not for me I guess. It is sturdy and stayed in place in the shoe
