Just parked over 300 vehicles on my lawn following a fair this summer (Late July with 90+ temps). My TTTF came back to life within a couple days, better than any of the past years of just following the fair with heavy watering. This was even during really bad drought conditions. Later ( Early August), I did core aeration, over-seeded, followed by a second application of this product, I decided on a second because when I did the core aeration, the parts of my lawn that I used this product a little heavier on, the cores were darker, meaning the soil was holding moister much better. My soil is super sandy as I live in a sand plain. I will continue to purchase this product and use it MULTIPLE times throughout the year as it clearly helps my sandy soil contain moisture longer and it is safe to use after over-seeding your lawn. I live in zone 4b with a 90% TTTF lawn with patches of KBG.

I'm so happy I found this product. I live in Santa Fe New Mexico and my soil is rock hard clay. I planted a buffalo grass lawn, and did not amend my soil enough, and had nothing but problems for years. After trying many products, as well as back breaking soil aeration with an aeration tool, nothing made a difference - until I used the Aerify Plus. It took 2 seasons before I really noticed a significant difference. The earth beneath my grass is now soft to walk on, while before it was hard, and my grass is finally healthy while requiring much less water.For the first 2 seasons of using Aerify Plus, I applied the product every 2 weeks while the grass was growing. I am now starting the 3rd season of use and backing off to once a month. I had worked for YEARS to get my lawn to look semi nice. Mechanical aeration, fertilizer, seeding, etc but nothing seemed to work. Grass was always half bare, dead patches, weeds, heavy thatch... you name it. It look horrible. Started using this last year spraying about once a month. This year... OMG!!! There has been a night and day difference in my lawn. It now actually looks like... a lawn. The thin crappy areas now have green grass growing. The area between my sidewalk and street looked like a desert and I live in the midwest. Now... it's looks amazing. Still have a ways to go but feel I'm well on my way.

Unfortunately I have noticed NO difference in my lawn since using this product. I was hoping to see at least some evidence that the hard pan was breaking down (currently in my second season since application - 2 applications). At a minimum, I would hope to see an improvement related to the fertilization aspects, but I have not. This was a hefty investment - with no return.

We have heavy clay soil. I started using this last year and there is a noticeable difference in our yard. Combined with good fertilizer timing and a decision to mow a little higher cut makes a difference to give your lawn a chance.

When all my neighbors are aerating with a machine that leaves goose crap all over their lawns I use this stuff. My lawn stays looking good and get aerated better than the machine can do.

Stuff seems to help the water soak in. Have made multiple applications, but find that one of those deep root watering sticks that you jet into the ground has a more noticeable effect. (used both on multiple plantings)

After three application over the course of as many months, my yard is beautiful again. I will defiantly purchase again and so will my friends who have seen the yard.
