Totl Dac that plays with the best
I came to purchase the mk3 not from taking a blind chance but because I also own the first version of the Young. I can say that if it wasn’t for my interest in mqa I would have never upgraded from the mk1 it’s THAT good along with the Palmer power supply it has stood the test of time sq wise. Having a desire for mqa I decided to take a chance on the third generation, having mqa and the upstanding character of m2techs Marco to pursade me ,I bought it blind.i have listened to many dacs from 100-2000. I’m not afraid to send units back when we reach this level of $ I have done that before, what I can promise is that will not be the case with the mk3! It has a depth of sound that is vast in all directions, width is nice vocals are upfront and the leading edges lend to the precision you’d expect at this price. This is without a doubt the best dac I’ve heard and it will be staying put as my choice for a end game dac. It also has a preamp and a very nice remote. The sound immediately comforts your investment or at least it did mine! Great job M2tech!
