I emailed them 5 days ago, and received an automated response informing me they respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. I have heard nothing further. I really like the OXO products and own a number of them, however, it they cannot resolve this to my satisfaction, they will not get another dime from me.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased this over 9 months ago. I have used other brands of this type of soap dispensing dish brush for years but they always seem to wear out after a period of time. After visiting my sister and seeing she had this brand, I decided to give it a try. It is a little larger than the others I had previously and so far seems to be durable. I cook a lot so this brush gets a workout multiple times each day. The only one downside is that there does not seem to be a way to regulate the amount of soap that it dispenses. It doesn't matter if you push the button gently or a good solid push, the same amount of soap comes out. And sometimes you only need a little dab, but you get a big dollop. Other than that, it is a great product and I would purchase it again.

Love this scrubber! Fill it up with dish soap and scrub away. Very durable and the bristles stay stiff. Very easy to use and does a great job.

Great design, I purchased another cheaper brand and it barely lasted 2 months. The lid wouldn't stay on, so the soap kept slopping all over the container. This design has a screw on lid, so it is well made. I would recommend this brand, definitely would purchase again.

I really like this, and we use it all the time. The soap dispenses reliably, and the brush works well for purpose.I am disappointed that the brush attachment has broken twice. Rather, it was the plastic fasteners that hold the brush attachment that broke off. At first I thought I was being too enthusiastic with it, and bought a new one. Sadly, this one broke also. I have confidence in OXO products in general, and I hope OXO can make these fasteners stronger.

I wish I had been washing my dishes with this earlier! I've always used a good ole' sponge and bristle stick with a handle to wash my dishes. This product essentially combines the two with the addition of a well designed soap dispensing function. The ergonomics of this is spot-on--it fits perfect in the palm of my hand. The soap dispensing mechanism is well made and it does not leak any soap. Being able to subtract one step (putting soap on a sponge/brush) from the dish washing process makes the day-to-day of washing dishes much easier.

Wow!! Son talked me into purchasing this little scrubber for our house. He uses one at his college apartment. I cannot say enough about this little scrubber. It fits just about anywhere to do the size being smaller. It is super effective. A person can use it to scrub a pan or clean out your whole sink. It is stored under the sink on a little tray and hardly takes up any room. The brush quality is great. I have had it for 4 months so far and the bristles are still like brand new. Love this scrubber.
