best cure of eczema hands down
I live in super dry utah where the winters can be brutal on your skin, especially hands and knuckles. several people in my family suffer from several eczema, to the point of bloody knuckles, etc. For years we tried everything, Eucerin, Cetophil, perscription lotions, you name it, nothing worked well. A few years ago a friend recommended Rex Eme and it has worked like a DREAM. This is VERY thick, so we usually only put it on at night right as we are headed to bed. however, it works so well that using it just once a day like this is enough. within a couple of days you will see dramatic results and be a believer. It's a smidge pricey, but a little goes a long way and so one tube lasts for a long time. It has become harder and harder to find in the stores so I'm super glad I found it on amazon. if you have uber dry skin, TRY IT! you won't be disappointed!

This is a "First Aid" Cream I would never be without!
A beautician told me about this gem of a first aid cream almost 20 years ago. Have a small cut, burn, rash, insect bite? I've used it sparingly on the last of an annoying breakout. Smooth some on on tonight and notice that the burning and swelling disappears or is almost gone when you wake up tomorrow. The cream is touted as a first aid cream so I've never really viewed it as a quality hand cream although it might spread it's magical powers if mixed with the other magic potion - coconut oil. The smell, yes, it's there but it goes away quickly and I consider it part of the mystery. Showed it to my brother and sister in law pharmacists and they were uncertain as to why it works so well but find it helpful for fishing hook and berry picking scrapes, etc. Seriously, I would use it over Neosporin or other medical creams. My only problem is keeping enough on hand as family members borrow it. I have found it in a few salons and beauty supply stores, so Amazon is the easiest way to purchase.

Awesome stuff
I've used this stuff for years, and it's great. I decided to write after reading the negative reviews here. If it's dried up then the vendor needs to get 1 star, not the cream - when it's like it's supposed to be it comes out of the tube fine. No one has ever complained to me about the smell when I am wearing it - no one, ever. If you don't find the smell appealing then you don't. It contains what it does so it smells the way it smells (camphor and menthol, two smells I love) and so it works as well as it works. As far as asthma and issues with menthol, I have no issues with menthol and rely on menthol to quell my milder respiratory tickles before a possible attack. Sorry if menthol happens to trigger you, but it in no way triggers everyone.

Great Product
This stuff is fantastic. I had some very dry skin and had red spots from scratching. There was a big improvement overnight and my skin began healing by the next morning. Did not help as much with the itchy sensation so I still used some hydrocortisone cream followed by this. My skin is much more soft and the itching has almost gone away completely. I had been using hydrocortisone prior for itching but before I tried this it never stated to subside. Now I'm using this without the itch cream because the itch feeling is has subsided greatly. Highly recommended.

Seems to work good. Not a miracle cure.
This stuff seems to help with chapped cracked hands, but is not a miracle cure. I'd recommend it.Update: I liked it so well I bought another one!

Nothing else like it
I first bought this product at the local beauty supply, on their recommendation for the best stuff around to heal winter-wounded chapped hands. They were right. It is a great product. Has distinctive camphor-menthol scent for the first couple minutes, but who cares. It means business and has come to mean real relief when I've neglected my hands. Gave some to my hair stylist for her baby daughter's diaper rash...she couldn't believe how quickly it helped her too.

Great for extremely dry hands
Working in a kitchen washing my hands constantly with terrible soap especially during winter always dries my hands out bad! Rex Eme is the first lotion I have found that really helps to rehydrate my skin. It has a thicker texture than normal lotions. It is a medicated lotion so it does have a smell to it. It reminds me of a bilstex/carmex menthol type of smell. With this product a little dab will do you, so it ends up lasting a long time.

I would like a refund
The tube of Rex Eme Cream I received was so dried up, I could barely squeeze anything out of it. The tiny amount that emerged did nothing for my skin. Perhaps it is too old. There is no expiration date on the product. I am more than disappointed with this product.
