Bought as a Father's Day gift, my Dad mostly uses it for dispensing cans of Guinness (other stouts are available). In a blind test, it is possible to see and taste the difference. The head sticks to the glass most of the way down and the drink has a better mouth feel and tastes almost as good as true draught. The pour technique is available online and, as long as the time is taken, this does provide a nice way to pour a can.It's easy to use and easy to clean, the device is sturdy and looks good in the kitchen. The batteries are easy to insert and have survived so far.I have tried it on IPAs (for research purposes of course) and it works best on the flatter beers, tending to get overexcited if the drink is any way carbonated. If you want a foam explosion, make the mistake of putting a can of lager inside!

I’ve had one for a year now and I can 100% say that the Fizzics is absolutely worth it,especially if you use it for for other types of beers beyond Guinness/Stouts.Compared to the Nitrosurge device on Guinness, the Fizzics gives the head a much creamier and thicker feel.The flavours are more balanced and smoother as well.I’ve put lagers, Pilsners, IPA’s, Wheat Beers, Stouts, Ciders and Non Alcoholic beers through it so I feel I’m well qualified on this.For every single drink I’ve put in it,The Fizzics improves the mouthfeel of the beer in the sense it’s much smoother and easier to drink so you don’t feel so bloated after like one pint.Budweiser comes to mind as that’s very gassy out of the bottle.The head lasts longer on it and it’s much more denser and creamier.It balances out the flavours really well, so if one drink is very dominant in one area (sweet/bitter) it will reduce that taste a bit to bring out the other.Bitburger comes to mind as that one is very bitter out of the bottle.You know it makes a massive difference when even my wife who has doesn’t drink in any capacity let alone beer notices the difference in taste and carbonation.It’ll take anything up to 750 ml bottles and I know a member here has put in a 1 litre Faxe can too.For smaller cans or bottles I’d recommend putting in a beer mat or two to stop it spluttering big time at the end.If people only like knecking down a drink then this device isn't for them.

Bought this to replace my Guinness nitrosurge and it’s amazing… great pint every time

i dont think this was money well spent as i simply dont see what the difference is regarding my beer when i use or dont use this machine . i have had several friends that have tried it and feel the same . i would not waste your money
