I spent ages reading reviews of various animal bedding and was disheartened to read so many were bad for small animals health, even those sold from pet stores! I bought this bedding solely on the reviews and so far I have been so pleased with it!We have two young gerbils and I knew I wanted bedding that was safe for them (NO dust or sharp objects), that wouldn't smell, be absorbent AND be stable enough for them to dig tunnels in and this products does ALL of that!It is expensive but to make it stretch I mix it maybe 30/70 with cheaper bedding and I was pleased I only used a small corner the first time I used it as it does expand quite a bit when taken out of the packaging.Our gerbils really like it and can tunnel and dig all day long which for me was vital as it's their natural behaviour.I'm sure I will be buying more and maybe trying out some of the companies other products!

The Small Pet Select Natural Paper Bedding, 56 L arrived super quickly! I have bought off these guys several times now and I am always happy with the pet bedding. It really helps my Libyan jird Viktor. He has a dust allergy (like me!) and so the paper bedding is the safest for him as there is little dust from it. My Mongolian gerbil Ubba also loves the bedding. It is safe, soft, absorbent and allergen free. It has little to no smell and it's so soft on their little paws! I would highly recommend this product to all small pet owners. It's fantastic!

Nice soft bedding, and good quality. It does a very good of soaking up liquids for our guinea pig and not too much smell even after several days. Environmental credentials are also a big factor for us in choosing our bedding - so this is a great choice!

I have been looking for hamster bedding, i am a first hamster owner of two.The bedding came it is a lot smaller bag as it look in the picture. I was enable to give them both almost a full cage of bedding each. It is away softer than carefresh which my hamsters love. It’s cost is to much so I will be checking out different bedding. Glad I got them off of sawdust because it’s healthier and there a lot happy.If your buying this bedding go for the largest bag or go to their website and a pack 8 of 56l for £101.75 because its cheaper.After having it in a cage for awhile. The bedding was easily kicked out. Made a mess of the floor. Was able to just get a good amount of bedding in my cages plus the cages are on the smaller side. Keep the wee contained in a small area.I have tried out teabag paper bedding and I have to say it's way better than this. I was able to get 2x 10kg bags for £24.99 half price of this bedding. I would recommend to buy teabag paper bedding if money is a issue.

1 and a quarter of these packs are a perfect size for 75% refresh of Bucatstate 2.0 hamster enclosure. Though all paper bedding manufacturers say 'dust free' they are never completely dust free, but this brand seems to have far less paper dust than others, so little that it's hardly noticeable.

Great product, but compared to Care fresh the package is too small and is not the volume it states in the description

Bought only as a last resort as the named brand one (confetti coloured one) seems to be out of stock everywhere and my daughters hamster needed cleaning out. Must admit I wasn’t overly sure based on some reviews but thought I’d I didn’t like I wouldn’t use for her, but I’m glad I did. Poppy (hamster) has made tunnels and they’ve held it’s nice and soft so she even moved her nest into it, seems like it’s absorbing well and for the price I think it it’s pretty good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this bedding for years as it is meant to be a great low dust bedding which is what I need as one of my rats suffers with respiratory problems. I was just putting some new bedding in my rat cage and saw what looks like big clumps of concentrated dust that I guess was meant to be extracted from the product. This product states on its packaging it's "99% dust free". This is clearly BS and is actually very dusty bedding! I will not been purchasing this bedding again and do not recommend to anyone.
