Too sweet spikes sugar levels
B12 deficiency is caused in diabetics due to Metformin leading to neuropathy. This product is too sweet and spikes your sugars. Need a tasteless non sweetened product.

Its really a great conversion from routine or conventional tablet or injection of vitamin B12 or say methylcobalamine, really needed in this type of spray form which however readily available in international market.Huge demand in India as people are most of vegetarian and lack of vitamin b12.
