As I was suffering from 4th stage piles and haemorroid, the doctor had suggested operation. But i took 2 weeks time and gave one last try for this product, as I was trying all kinds of home remedies but none helped.Trust me, this worked like a magic for me. I have endometrisis issue. For this issue Baba ramdev in an video on you tube had suggested naagkesar with some other herbs to be taken. I couldn't get patanjali naagkesar so I ordered this product . I took this particular brand and my over bleeding problem in endetriosis stopped in 4 days. It worked for me. The product is good can be taken.
