Quality made cot size bed and mattress. It came in a double box that protected the bed very well. The bed itself in the box was covered in plastic for protection from scratches. The mattress was in plastic also. Very easy to set up. A little hard to get out of the box by myself (63 year old grandma), but I was more worried about getting it in the house. That wasn't a problem because it was easy to slide into the house where I wanted it. The bed frame is very sturdy. The matttress seemed a bit firm to me, but I did not sleep on it. My son-in- law said it was comfortable. Easy to fold back up and move around on the wheels. I bought a padded cot size mattress pad but used twin sheets otherwise. I have no complaints.

I'm really impressed with this bed. My daughter gives up her bedroom when my mom comes to town for 2-3 weeks at a time, twice a year. I needed something sturdy and comfortable for my office where my daughter stays during those periods. We've gone through an expensive air mattress and a cot. I was willing to spend more money for something that would accommodate her as well as fit comfortably in our small home office. This bed came in one large box and only needed the wheels attached which was very easy to do. Unfold and it's ready to go. The bed is incredibly sturdy and the mattress is very comfortable. The size is a bonus as well. It's not as large as a twin size bed but of course larger than a camping cot. It's perfect. So far, sleeping on it has been comfortable for my daughter. We will see if it holds up but I'm honestly confident that it will.

Well made metal frame. Rigid and sturdy. Easy to set up and easy to fold up to put it away. Even comes with a small wrench to tighten the wheels, which is the only assembly required. I find it very comfortable. I have utilized this quite a bit since I received it. I like that it does not sit on the wheels when it is in the unfolded position, so it does not try to roll away from you when you go to lie down or sit up. Obviously, comfort is objective and different people have different preferences, but I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a well made folding bed. I believe they also ship this with a spring mattress as well. You would have to try it to determine if it is comfortable for you.

I ordered 2 of these beds and covers to go with them for guests on their way. I found them to be sturdy and the mattresses to be good. Before my guests left I told them the beds were new and I would like for them to give me their honest opinion as far as comfort. I asked them if the beds were worth keeping. They said definitely. They are not designed for long term use obviously but were very comfortable for the few nights they were here. I only gave 4 stars because of a strong foam smell of the mattress when it arrived. I called customer service and he said that was normal and recommended I let it air out and it should go away...it helped but still some very slight lingering odor. In all fairness I am very sensitive to smells of any kind. I also asked about the spring concern that has been mentioned in reviews and he said that has been addressed and they have a new supplier. The storage covers are nice and worth the money. I couldn't have made covers for their cost. I would buy the bed and covers again.

This is my first Amazon review and I use Amazon for everything. I was looking for a sturdy, reliable roll-away bed for guests so they don't have to sleep on the couch in my small apartment. The bed exceeded my expectations - absolutely great. I was worried when I saw the box had gotten wet from the crazy rain we've been having, but sure enough (as they state in the promo video) they double-boxed and then bagged the bed to protect it. It was completely dry. I was hesitant to spend this much on a fold-up bed, but I decided that it would be nice to have a really durable, sturdy, and comfortable bed for guests. I was confident that the bed would be good because of the great reviews, but I was still skeptical of the price so I had high expectations. Bottom line: buy this bed. Last thing I will mention is how easy it was to assemble. I pulled it out of the box and bag, flipped it over, and spun in the wheels in about 3 minutes. Then you just have to unclip the buckle that it keeps it folded up at the top and it will slowly let down each end and push out the legs by itself! Great buy and seems like it will last longer than I need it. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I read a lot of reviews before landing on this bed. I need 5, but ordered just one to check the quality. The mattress and the frame are nice quality and the bed is comfortable. But the holes in the braces don't line up with the nuts on the frame. Since the nuts don't fit into the holes on the brace, the brace sits on top of the nuts, and then the bolts on the wheels aren't long enough to fully screw into the frame. I got it together, but I'm not sure how sturdy it will be. I like everything else about the bed, but I won't be buying the four more that I need.

Four of the springs broke the first time that the bed was used I thought due to the large size of the person on the bed (240 lbs) who sat down hard. However, a much smaller person (140 lbs) later had five more springs break when they tried to stand up from the bed. So there appears to be a problem with the spring quality. Each of the nine springs broke in exactly the same spot.Not that big of a deal for me to locate replacement springs and install, I just expected better quality from a $499 product. Otherwise, no complaints. Comfortable bed.These work as replacement springs but have to be modified with a Dremel Tool to fit, not exactly a trivial fix, good luck. The springs breaking almost put my guest on the floor. The bed is unusable at this point. The matress had to be put on the floor. My guests should not have to sleep on the floor. *EXTREMELY* unhappy with the quality of this bed. Changing the rating to 1 star.
