The media could not be loaded. I bought this from amazon India despite it costing almost double that from the international HOHEM website.The product sold by HOHEM India is genuine and the delivery was on time.This is my first ever gimbal. So, upon receiving it, I mounted my GOPRO Hero 2018 and while using it, I immediately found that the pan axis was not stable and would move around unintentionally.So, I contacted HOHEM support via email. They responded within 24 hours and informed me that performing a firmware upgrade would solve the issue.The app showed that the gimbal firmware was up to date. But, it wasn't actually. So, I followed the steps and mentioned in the YouTube video, got the firmware upgraded and Le Voilà.... The gimbal was working perfectly.(Note: If the gimbal is not discovered by the app, just turn on GPS location. The app sometimes switches on only the Bluetooth on your cellphone and not the GPS. So, you will be left waiting for a long time for the gimbal to show up on the list)It took me some time to understand both offline and in app calibration techniques. Once learnt, I prefer the offline calibration method. Although, it's been weeks since I've done the calibration and it still holds. I've used a 2015 SJCAM SJ4000 WiFi and a GOPRO Hero 2018. I would suggest that the gimbal should be calibrated to the weight of the GOPRO so that it works for any other action camera. Calibrating it for an SJCAM would cause vibrations when a GOPRO is connected.(Note: Never switch on the gimbal without mounting an action camera and calibrate the gimbal for the heaviest action camera you have. Also, learn the offline calibration method. It is quick and easy)The gimbal works well, but it will still show minor shocks from your footsteps since it is really lightweight. So, you can't just walk harshly and expect it to smooth out everything. Some caution is advised.So, overall the gimbal is excellent. The modes are brilliant, the inception mode works and you can use the gimbal in an inverted position to get some "Low to the ground" shots (I've included a small video showing how the gimbal can/should be inverted). Also, I've used this gimbal in light/medium rain. So the splash proof claim is true.Hope this review was helpfulRegards,Bhargava

Quality and over all is worth for your money but mount is not for GoPro 8. Rotational Moters dissent make noise at all . Very easy in handling

This is a great product in such a budget range. The gimble offers good stabilizing for video footage. Smooth camera movements are easy. The battery backup on this gimble is great. Seller provided a well packed and good product.

If you are professional photographer you can do much more with this gadget.

Best gimbal for my hero 7.Using it since few days. Perfect fit in the hand. Feather smooth videos.Best combination for pre-wedding shoots.Battery lasts for full day shoot. Yet to try it in rainy season to check splashproof claim from company.Being a professional photographer i strongly recommend this to all the fellow photographers/videographers.
