Excellent Brightness & Reliability – A Must-Have Outdoor Light!
I couldn’t be happier with the JACKYLED 1000 Lumens Solar Light. From the moment I installed it, it exceeded my expectations. The 299 LED design provides exceptionally bright illumination, easily lighting up my entire porch and driveway. It truly lives up to the 1000 lumens promise—perfect for added security and visibility at night.Installation was a breeze, and I love that it’s solar-powered. The built-in 4000mAh battery holds a strong charge, lasting all night even after cloudy days. The dusk-to-dawn sensor works flawlessly, turning the light on automatically at night and off during the day, so I never have to think about it.The IP65 waterproof rating gives me peace of mind knowing it can withstand rain and snow without a problem. It’s been through a couple of storms already and hasn’t skipped a beat.Whether you're installing it on a wall, porch, shed, or barn, this light delivers both in brightness and durability. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, eco-friendly outdoor lighting solution!

Def. worth it
Picked one of these up to light my garage door, and it's just been amazing. Planning on picking up more after testing this one out. Nice and bright, lasts all night, and is completely automatic, Great product.

Nice little light...
UPDATE: 6/09/2024 - What I feared would happen with the original has happened. A few too many hot/cold cycles and some heavy winds have broken the mounting mast at the base (see attached photos). Since I mounted the original with one mast and piggy backed the light and the solar panel, I have one more mast. I've re-mounted using different screws with broader washers in the hope of spreading the mounting load a little better. We shall see...I still like the original and it still works just fine. Glad I noticed it was basically hanging by a thread before it crashed to the ground and I'll keep using it till it dies.UPDATE: 11-17-2023The new unit pretty much sucks compared to the older unit I bought. It's bright enough when it first comes on but, as I feared, it doesn't last the night. It provides very little illumination for when I want it at 4AM. Pretty much petered out by then. Nothing more than a glorified night light you'd put in your bathroom. I boxed it up and gave it away. My original 4 stars still stands for the "original" light I purchased._____________________________________________________________________I bought one of these to light up a fairly dark alley at my apartment complex back in June of 2023 and it does the job well. Not too bright to anger neighbors but bright enough to see what's going on outside. The first photo is of where I mounted it, a utility pole. The second photo is of a new one I just bought and mounted outside my garage. They are very different.A few things I didn't like about the "original", we'll call it, is that it did not offer much adjustability other than being able to mount the solar panel directly to the light or the option to mount it separately to aim it better if needed. The new one comes with a fixed cable coming from the solar panel taking that option away. The new one has "swivel" ball mounts, and you must use both mounting masts. You can now rotate it a bit, which I like, but don't need on this particular application.I wanted a dusk to dawn light outside my garage that didn't rely on motion to kick in when I go outside at 4AM to head to work. No idea at this point how bright it will be as I just mounted it. I can say that the "old" one functions from dusk to dawn...more than I can say for some other solar powered lights I have on my back patio which give up the ghost on low illumination after several hours. And they get plenty of sunlight. They are being replaced tomorrow...I live in a high wind area and was worried about the "original" as the mounts are plastic and a bit "flexy" but so far so good. The "new" ones feel even flexier as they are all plastic and use fewer screws. I wonder if these, both old and new, will hold up over time. Besides being windy, I'm in the high desert with temps ranging from 15 degrees to 115 degrees. Only time will tell how many hot to cold cycles these can withstand. We shall see...Funny thing is you can go directly to the Jacky LED website, and you will not see this version shown anywhere. Besides looking different and the new mounting system, the battery rating has been reduced from 5500 mAh to 4000 mAh while still stating 1000 lumens. I sure hope it still lasts all night like the old one...it would appear they've "moved" costs around into the mounting system and downgraded the battery to still offer a cost-effective unit. Time will tell.I will update as time goes by if I come across any negatives...

Very good light output and run time. Recommended.
This is the second one that I have purchased. I was very impressed with the amount of light output AND the length of "on" time. I am using them to light our entrance to the house and the walkway. Easy to mount. Highly recommended.

Not as bright as I thought for 299 LEDs. Exceptional Customer Service
NEW UPDATE as of May 26, 2025:After I posted my updated review that seller reached out to me and -after some troubleshooting to help them understand the issue- they kindly offered to send another light, which I received two days ago. I proceeded to open the old panel and found out that the battery had died because water came it it's compartment. So with my new panel I put silicone all around its edges to prevent water from coming in. I hope this works because I really like this light. Again, time will tell. I really appreciate the seller reaching out and providing an exceptional customer service.UPDATE as of May 18th, 2025:I received this item on April 1st so this update goes not even 2 months in.Two nights ago it started flickering and then went off. After that no more light by night even though it receives more than 8 hours of direct sun everyday (I live in Central Florida, so plenty of sun until 8 pm.) I'm degrading my review from April to 1 star. Please, consider buying something else.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not as bright as I thought it was gonna be having 299 LED lights. Other than that, it works fine, fast charge, battery lasts the whole night and then some. Installation was a breeze.

Fine when it works
I put this up to provide a little light over the driveway. We have a side door that exits right onto the drive and the porch light does a great job for her car. My pickup is usually parked farther back, that’s what this solar floodlight is for. I’ve got upcoming renovations so I didn’t want to run electric just yet-this was a super easy install. That being said, the first full day after it was put up was mostly cloudy so it didn’t get a good charge. Started out dim at sunset and didn’t stay on long. When it’s a bright sunny day it charges well and almost lasts through a long winter night, and the light is pretty bright. I’m writing this the 3rd week of November 2024, so we’ve had plenty of cloudy days and late in the day trees block some of the sun and as a result this light struggles. I mounted the solar panel as high as I could reasonably put it. Other than solar deck lights (which I don’t care about the brightness-and they stay on all night) this is my first experience with a solar light. When all conditions are right it works well, the rest of the time I am underwhelmed.

Great Spot Light
Great quality, stays lit for the entire night! It has unlimited angles of direction. I used it for my flag pole mount! I would buy again!
