Doesn't Appear to Work
I had hopes this would help me get to sleep but it's just not working. The first night it worked and I was asleep in 30 minutes. The following nights it just didn't work. I do feel more relaxed after drinking this tea and that is a plus. Will keep trying until I finish the product. It does have a nice taste and I do enjoy having a cup in the evening. I drink it without sugar or milk. May work for others as all react differently to herbs.
