Q: how big, what is the size?

It is 13 inches tall and 7 inches wide at the base. I think it's really cute. I have it on a shelf with other movie décor: child-size director's chair, Hollywood clapboard, and a very large metal movie reel.

Q: How big is the mouth outer diameter, and inner diameter?

I use this Megaphone for an event called "That's Entertainment". It really looked great as part of the decor.

Q: I’m looking for high quality. Is this a real, old fashioned megaphone that works really well?

No, it's not like the ones you see in the movies, it is more of a prop piece. It works well enough, but I wouldn't call it poor quality, no would I call it high quality. It's just kinda cute.
