Came highly recommended! Will update soon.
Update: 11-2-22Haven’t had a change to shot with this yet, but the dot keeps dying/turning off with just the charge handle being pulled. Going to reach out to the company.I was hesitant about getting optic, I saw the last reviews. But my buddy was raving about this sight. I took a picture so you can see that mine came with everything, battery, the gradient lenses cover to help with the glare of the lens, and even a cleaning cloth. The battery cover had me worried due to some of the reviews. But mine came off with a bit of pressure, and it tightened back up nicely. The brightness setting are nice, definitely enough for night time home defense situation, and definitely bright enough to shoot in the middle of the day. I’ll update once I get it to the range and zero it in.

Excellent optic for the price! Far better than most in its class.
Update for March 17, 2020: I still highly recommend this optic. Now after about 3,000 thousand rounds, this thing has still held up beautifully! It's held zero even after being removed from my rifle multiple times, and it's taken several hard hits and nothing fazes it. All of this, and I'm still on the same batteries that the optic came with! I have yet to need to replace it! I also have the Ronin P10 for my AK, and it's excellent as well. I will be buying another for another build. Very very happy!Original Review: I recently received the P11 in the mail and promptly did my look over. It came in a nice hard case with manual, killflash, cleaning wipe and a battery. The outward quality of the optic actually blew me away when I held it. For being a lower-mid tier priced optic, I was expecting a standard cheap fit and finish, but instead the P11 had the nice dark black-grey anodizing that is seen on the more expensive optics out there. It was very smooth and well done, and the optic feels like its built like a tank.Once I placed the battery into it, it came on instantly with a nice and crisp red dot. (The motion sensor turned it on immediately, and I discovered that it can be changed to a button on/off style for those who may not want the motion sensor). I quickly mounted it to my rifle and tightened it down, being very happy that it was nice and rigid with no movement. After zeroing it in, I gave the optic a few hard strikes with the palm of my hand to either side and then shot again with no shift of zero (to simulate dropping it without actually dropping it). I also removed the optic entirely and then remounted it back to the same slot, and once again it retained zero.In short, though I may not have had the Ronin P11 for very very long, so far it seems like it can give the more expensive optics out there a heavy run for its money. It's built like a tank, has a very nice anodizing finish, holds zero very well and has an unconditional lifetime warranty. Thank you Northtac for providing a very nice optic, and I will be doing business again!

Bang for the Buck
I mounted this optic on a CZ Scorpion EVO3 pistol. At 15 yards out of the box it was 12" low and 1" Right. The caps for the adjustment screws double as adjustment tools when you unscrew them which is convenient. I few clicks and this site was driving nails. Seriously impressed. When you first take it out of the box and look through the optic it will look funky. As some other said, the red dot will appear like a smudge, this is normal because of your depth of field/parallax. Once you mount it and actually look through it at a target the dot sharpens up nice. As good as any other Sub $300 optic. I was ringing 12" steel at 100 yards nicely. I am also a left eye dominant and right handed shooter, I was able to mount this on the rail at the perfect spot so I can shoot with both eyes open and see clearly with my right eye through the site. Very pleased. If the thing holds up to my moderate abuse and stays zero between range visits I will be pleased. If I find that it is not reliable/durable or there are other faults, I will update this review.

GREAT VALUE!
These little Red-Dots get the job done w/o all the associated marketing WANK so many other higher-priced, brand name red-dots seem to push....Sure, its made in China & imported through an American company -BUT- dont let the price throw you off from a purchase, some stay away from all the other "Hencho En China" cheaper red-dots available, & I def get that, I find these in a totally differing class, then all those others....-Ive purchased this model & the NorthTac P-10, they are built with durability in mind, the dot size/shake awake feature is wonderful for this price point! -And the box it comes in can be used for all types of other uses...~C.L.R/Huron, whidbey Island WA
