This screen protector is so much better than the last one I ordered. I dropped my phone many times and still no cracks in protector or screen

Definitely not easy to install. Not the correct tools sent with the set. You will end up having to buy other tool sets just to get it taken apart. Even then once you attempt your just going to mess up your phone and have to buy a new one because this has to be done with a heat gun, controlled rooms, and wire adhesive. Don't waste your money. I sent back and it wont even approve my return.

I have ordered this one and it worked very well. In fact, I could able to install my self looking at the youtube video.

The screwdrivers are not the right kind. I tried using them and they stripped the screws on the bottom of my phone so now I can't fix the screen period. Don't waste your time or money.

The screwdriver is not the correct screwdriver for the phone and the touch isn't working the same so now i am out a phone .. the screen is NOT for the iPhone XS Max and neither are the parts.
