It's a little crooked but I got it as a warehouse deal. So far so good; no leaks and functions great. It seems to have less resistance on the valves and joints than I would like. However, a big plus is the way this thing mounts on the wall. The el cheapos just use the pipe for support and that's a recipe for trouble. This one has a mount that fastens to the wall. However, if you follow their instructions, that wall has a 1" plank behind it to give the screws something solid to bite into. And if you set up the plumbing with 3/4 inch (or so) play as they recommend, you'll have no problems getting a good fit and a good mounting. I do recommend a good set of internal pipe wrenches to make your job easier and to prevent damaging the threads.

When we started researching kitchen designs for our 70 year old house, I became aware of this creature known as the pot filler faucet. In magazines and books I saw pictures of pot fillers in gorgeous, high end kitchens. However, our kitchen budget was only $10K. It was difficult to convince the wife that this would be a good addition to our kitchen remodel list. She's a CPA who loves to cook, but isn't into spending money. haha! I held out and ordered the faucet from Amazon at a great price. Installation was a breeze (and I am probably at a low to intermediate handyman level) as the wall was torn out to only the studs. The faucet and mounting hardware are very sturdy, substantial and well made. People who've stopped by to see the kitchen always comment on the pot filler and what a smart idea it was to install.The faucet, at this price from Amazon, is more of a practical addition to a kitchen than a luxurious novelty. It is nice to just pop a pot on the stove and fill it up on the eye vs slogging a heavy pot full of water across the kitchen from the sink to the range.To speak to the quality, that is why I give it a five star rating. This is a well made fixture with a heavy brass mounting ring and beefy, solid screws to secure it to the studs inside the wall. The quality and value are obvious once one picks it up out of the box.**Several months in with frequent use and it's still a beautiful looking and reliably working fixture. No drips, issues, etc. I think that if this faucet is competently installed it will cause no problems for you.*****Well over a year in and no drips or disasters. The finish still looks brand new and there has not been a single issue. It gets used multiple times a week and works flawlessly.*******Two years in and no issues whatsoever.****

I bought this as a replacement for another pot filler, exact same model. Everything looked good upon arrival. While having other plumbing work done I had this pot filler installed. Everything went fine until the water was turned on. Turns out the cartridge to turn water on/off off was cracked which wasn't noticed able until the water leaked. Had to put old pot filler on so I could have water to the house. Currently working on getting a replacement part. Will update later.

Looking forward to having this in my new kitchen. Currently have a pot filler in my home. Once you have one, you truly appreciate the convenience of not having to carry large pots of water to the stove top. Truly a beautiful pot filler. I opted for Matte Black.

This is a great product and it matches our kitchen perfectly. We aren’t all the way done with our kitchen reno, but for the amount of use I have gotten out of it, it is very worth it.

UPDATE: I won’t ever purchase a refurbished faucet again. This company was no help after this faucet flooded my whole main floor of my house. 8 months later the home was able to be lived in again. ORIGINAL POST : Great faucet! I purchased a refurbished faucet and it is great! This was a great deal and it looked brand new. The box looked used and was a little nervous but the contents were perfect. I am very happy with my purchase!

Started to leak after limited use at second bolt. Had handyman retake apart a few weeks ago and it worked fine and now a month later it's leaking agin but even more! I'm going to take it apart one more time and if it's not a washer or something simple I am returning.

Great gadget; handy for making large pots of soup without the lifting from the sink.

we have had this pot filler in service for four years and it still remains the topic of conversation. It has stood the test of time, the finish is flawless and the mechanics work excellent I would highly recommend this product.
