Potent concept, flawed execution
The media could not be loaded. I'm baffled. Why do you offer 2 QC 3.0 ports in the first place, if only one of the two can operate at a time, and, more baffling, when you plug anything into the second USB A port, the initially working QC port would disconnect and revert to a lower charging capacity?Yeah I get it, it's a duo PD plug and USB A output isn't supposed to be its killer act--but how hard it is to just lock one USB A port into QC 3.0 and make the other an ordinary 5V 2.1/2.4A one, so that the QC charging won't be randomly interrupted? Or simply just scrap the second USB A port and make the plug more compact? In the demonstrated video, the S10e is sitting on a Fast Charge capable wireless charging dock, and the S7 active in the foreground is about to be connected with a micro USB cable. Both the dock and the micro USB cable are wired to the USB 3.0 ports of this charger. As one can see, as long as any power output is detected in the second port (S7 active starts to being charged with cable), the already established Fast Charging process becomes interrupted, and is then reconnected to a considerably lower output mode. "What were they thinking?!"Like aforementioned, if you want to utilize the claimed QC 3.0 feature, under current construction 1/4 of the charging ports are essentially dead weight. Speaking of weight, the weight distribution of this charger is... simply abysmal. Its longest direction is exactly the direction that exerts the largest torque in unstablizing the plug from the outlet. If your outlet happen to start aging and become wiggling, and you are also using Hug-A-Plug adapter like I do, then good luck keeping that corner upright--this plug will almost always tilt down under its own weight, combined with the short and loose pins. I mean come on, even some foldable plugs have better outlet retention than this--what's your excuse huh?If the weight could be a little bit more evenly distributed (being built "squarer" or "higher" rather than "longer"), if the pin construction could be more thought out, if any two of the four ports were able to reach full charging capacity, you know what, I actually would recommend this as an all-around power brick, even without a foldable plug. But as of its current state, I have only one word for it--"Yeet".

Works, but does get warm when under load. USB 3.0 ports not Apple friendly.
USB C chargers that support quick charging are relatively expensive. This one is noticeably cheaper, which is why we bought it. Our house has a lot of phones, and this will charge two of the USB-C phones that can be quick charged at the same time, while also charging two other phones with the slower, USB 3.0 ports. It is ok, it is not great. When you plug an Apple phone into the slower, USB 3.0 ports, it will charge the device, but once it reaches full charge you will get the chime you get when you first plug it in to charge every few seconds. It is like the charger doesn't know how to ramp down/off once charging is complete, forcing the phone to regularly connect and disconnect from the charger or something. This happens with multiple iPhones, so it is definitely something in the charger and not the phone.Under load, it does get rather warm. It doesn't feel unsafe or too hot, but you do not want this tucked away somewhere where the heat cannot escape from it.It is kind of bulky, not a thing you really want to travel with if you can avoid it.Would I buy it again? Probably not. It does the job and was cheap, but the fact that it gets kind of hot and was not fully tested with Apple products means it is cheap for a reason.

Does Not Work As Described
I bought this adapter for a dual QI charging pad (my wife's and my phones) and for both our smart watches. The USB-C ports work great (dual pad charger requires 18W), but the USB-A ports are complete CRAP. I have an apple watch 6 and my wife has a galaxy watch 3 so any apple incompatibility issues can be negated at this point. The USB-A ports constantly go in and out. I tried it charging only one watch at a time, and then with only one charger plugged in at a time. No matter what either port would only charge for around 20 seconds and then shut off. The only reason I noticed it was because I fell asleep on the sofa and was woken up by the watches beeping each time the adapter sent power to the chargers again. Now if you want to say I was overloading the adapter's ports, let's do some math. 48W adapter. Each USB-C port advertised as 18W each (only using 1 so 18W). The USB-A ports are advertised as 17W max TOTAL for both (8.5W each). Hold on a sec...18+18+17=48, they must be using some of that common core math, but I digress. The Samsung Watch 3 mag charge base only requires 5W. Could not find any information for the Apple Watch mag charger, so let's assume 5W but it doesn't matter since it did this to the Samsung charger with the apple charger unplugged. So in total I had 18W+5W+5W is only 28W, well below the 48W adapter limit. All in all the adapter just does not work as advertised and listed in its own paperwork that came in the box. Move on to the next one, even if it costs $20 more, it's worth it.

Solid Feature Rich Charger
I had a goal, to only travel with one charger for my iPhone 11 Pro, Nintendo Switch, Apple Watch, and Powerbeats Pro. Normally I'm an Anker guy, but they didn't have a charger that fit my specific needs yet, with 2 USB-C PD and 2 general USB ports. This fit the bill, and I was able to charge my all my devices on a trip, while playing the switch at 100% brightness, while also charging the switch. So far it's been solid, and hasn't let me down. Would be great if the plug folded, and if it had indicator lights for each port specifically. Curious to see if it holds up, and I have no idea of the support/warranty experience, but I'm impressed so far!

Outstanding value
Purchased this almost a year ago and still more than satisfied. With several trips out of town with a large family and a wide range of devices I needed something that could keep us all connected without toting around multiplayers units. With duel usb and c charging ports we are able to charge multiple devices and insure no one is left without the use of their electronic tether. It’s a simple product to attribute to piece of mind, but children without their electronics can drive a person mad.
