Bosch SHX878ZD5N 24" 800 Series Fully Integrated Dishwasher with 16 Place Settings, Flexible 3rd Rack, InfoLight and CrystalDry (Stainless Steel)

Like having 3 racks, especially with the top rock dedicated for flatware. Quick and easy to remove flatware. I don't believe the rinse aid container holds as much rinse aid. It seems, with daily use, I have to refill it about every 2 months...maybe 3?

I have purchased dozens of dishwashers in my lifetime, several for my own use, and more for tenants' use. I bought this for myself and couldn't be more disappointed. 1st of all the electronics were shot. It would not deliver water when called for water and there was an obvious electronics malfunction. Not only that the quality was was prro. The top rack scraped on the top shelf so much that it wouldn't even open without falling off the guides. I will not be buying a bosch ever again.

I have loved this dishwasher- so quiet, you don’t know it’s on!!! Dishes are dry when finished cycle! Dishes are clean!! Excellent dishwasher!!

This dishwasher is amazingly quiet and cleans to a spotless dry!

I purchased this 3.5 years ago for $1350. The pump went out just after warranty and now I am getting the same error message a year later. Bosch has serious quality control issues. I have bought my last Bosch product.

We ordered this dishwasher in 2020, just as the pandemic hit, and it took a long time to get it. Now that we've had it a few months, I have some observations. TL;DR not the same quality as any other Bosch product I have ever owned.The machine smelled strongly of machine oil when it was first installed. Thankfully that dissipated. The racks are awkward, nowhere near as flexible as my last Bosch dishwasher. The CrystalDry feature (1) does not work very well and (2) creates a strong odor that requires us to run an evacuating fan when unloading the dishes. This has not dissipated and remains an annoyance to this day. The front panel of the center rack rubs against the inside of the door leaving a spot of corrosion on both. The lower rack often comes off its rails, in my other Bosch dishwasher this was never a problem. Overall, the fit and finish of the interior has a cheap feel. The dishwasher, labeled SuperSilence Plus 42 dBA, is noticeably noisier than the Bosch dishwasher it replaced.It gets the dishes clean, but not dry, and smells "wrong." Would not buy again, would not recommend to a friend.

It's a very nice looking dishwasher and is very quiet. We liked it when shopping as it advertised this new "crystal dry" feature that said it used some new technology to get everything more dry including plastics. It leaves the most moisture ever in any dishwasher and when you call Bosch to report this, they suggest running it a few hours before bedtime then leaving it open all night for the water to evaporate. I wish that information was presented before we made this purchase.

Bought the Bosch Dishwasher 3 months ago have not gotten it to run 1 time!!! NOT ONCE! they have send out 3 different repair techs and still not working. They are now are refusing to exchange the dishwasher and are asking me to let them try and repair it a 4th time.... This is our 5th Bosch product and will for sure be our last. DO NOT BUY BOSCH if you are looking for customer service because they have none!
