For years I purchased a similar Panasonic model and have thrown many in the trash. I need one to keep the kinks out of neck while being hands free to use my computer, iPad, etc. Tried this one just to see if something different would be better, and was pleasantly surprised. This Wantek headset is a much higher quality and functions better. Nice long, heavy duty cord so you won't knock it in the floor just by turning your head. Sound, comfort, and functionality are excellent. I don't believe you can find a better unit in this price range.

I purchased this to replace a Plantronics headset that was perhaps 10 years old. This unit is heavier than the Plantronics, about half the price, and more sturdily fabricated than the other. I thought I might not like it because it's heavier, but the extra weight is not noticeable while being worn, however the extra weight gives the impression of durability and ruggedness. The sound quality incoming is excellent, crisp and clear, and those (whom I asked) said the outgoing was the same. The manufacturer refers to this unit as a "call center headset," which is an indication of why it's so strongly built. The price is right. I plan to buy another.

I would highly advise against purchase of the product. It worked decent for about 4 months, then started to provide very loud and constant feedback that overwhelms everyone on a call. Attempted multiple troubleshooting steps and it simply will not stop the loud, painful feedback. I am throwing it out today and will try another, as I would expect more than 4 months of lifetime from this product.

I would have given this 5 stars, but it did not actually list the model number of my phones (I have a 3 handset Panasonic cordless set) in the list for which they would work. I chose to take a chance because of visual inspection of the plug-in. It works fine. It's a lightweight headphone and I like it personally because there is no foam around the mouthpiece. I use it on a landline set a couple of times a week for longer conversations, instead of using my cell phone.

The headset provides a clear call. The ease of turning up the volume is wonderful. It stays in place for hours without causing a headache. Great price for a great headset.

I work at an answering service & have been remote for a good long time now. I used to look for the cheapest headsets as I always had to replace them every 6 months. A colleague told me about this headset, so I gave it a try. Man I was surprised that I could hear callers so much better. This headset lasted a good long time & then I couldn't hear anyone. Contacted the company & without any problem the headset was replaced. Great customer service is a key when you are purchasing a product. I recommend this headset hands up. Do not buy the Panasonic KX-TCA30, NOT WORTH IT...

I have been having difficulty finding good headphones for a landline phone in that many of them are hard to hear with (either because of static or low volume). These on the other hand are great. The sound comes through loud and clear and the on/off switch and volume control are effective and useful. I highly recommend them.

It seems a more solid product, and more importantly more clarity than previous headsets I've had that are plug-in compatible with Panasonic handsets. But the headband is incredibly tight, and I can't handle it for more than a few minutes without it starting to hurt. I have attempted to bend it out to lesson the clamp like grip, but so far no affect.
