Thunder Acres Organic Cat Grass Mix, 8 oz. - My cat loves this grass! It sprouts in a few days and grows fast. My cat likes having her own grass to eat and of all the cat grasses I tried, she prefers this blend. I like that it is an Organic Mix. This product is easy to use. When the grass gets too tall and starts to dry out, I pull the grass from the pot and replant new seed. In a few days, my cat has fresh grass. I repeat this grow cycle throughout the year. I am reordering another 8 oz package of seed because the bag is getting low. This current package should actually last a few more months, but I don't want to run out. I estimate this 8 oz bag of seed will last for a year plus a few months, depending on how often one replants for new grass. Bonus Toy - My cat absolutely loved the cat toy that came in the package! It is her favorite toy to play fetch with and she is a senior cat.

This is one of those products I feel is a win-win, I feel good to support a small family farming business who provides a unique product with a high level of quality, and in my opinion, a very competitive price.I Tried out of variety of leftover cat food containers by poking some drainage holes and using potting soil and a Basic growl lamp and I think meow mix containers worked the best. One thing that took me a while to realize that I was harvesting the grass Prematurely. My cat is obsessed with grass and he pretty much demand it with every meal so I usually snip it onto his food, by letting it grow pretty tall, I have more supply than when I was cutting it at the more average grass length.I keep the seeds in the fridge. I think this is the most optimal way to store them, but I have no scientific data to support my claim.!

Easy to sprout and grows well. My cats love it. I just planted the seeds in a pot and they sprouted quickly. Lasts a long time indoors

I like this cat grass seed. It seems to germinate pretty fast and regularly. It puts out a thick grass blade that our cats love to eat. Ok, they eat it sometimes and puke! I've been told that's good for them? Our kitties are only indoors so this is a great way for them to get some fiber and folic acid, which helps keep the blood oxygenated, aiding in circulation. Whatever it does, our cats are constantly eating this grass. The only drawback is that you pretty much become a 'cat grass farmer.' Once you start this, you're going to want to get two planters so you can keep rotating the 'crops' out. That way your cat or cats will never be without their cat grass. Cats won’t eat it. Grew fine. I guess they don’t like the blend. They eat wheat grass just fine.
