2nd one purchased after buying one last Spring when we were sent home to work
It has plenty of power for me to log into my work desktop and remotely work all day; works so well we bought another one for my husband to use recently because his job changed and he'll be working remotely as well.I haven't had to use tech support.

Problematic desktop / no good
I read another review user saying nothing but trouble since their purchase. I am on that same boat. I bought mine 2 months ago and used it a handful of times (half of time ok , other half of time had issues , crashing , not booting up, etc,.) I wish I could return it.
