Nice bottles but allow a lot of swallowed air
These are my favorite bottles because the nipple base is a bit wider than Dr. Browns and they allow my baby to feed at the pace he wants. But they do allow a lot of swallowed air in comparison, so not suitable until after the colic phase

Great bottle for supplementing low milk supply
Have been breastfeeding and supplementing formula using these bottles and Playtex Original Nursers for about a year because of low milk supply. Our son obviously prefers these bottles over the Playtex and would only drink for the Medela bottles for a while. We use these at home and the Playtex for daycare as these don't stack. Tried the Avent and Tommy Tippee Toe but they flowed way too fast and made him choke. He doesn't have nipple confusion and he still likes nursing. I delayed switching to the medium flow nipples until after he was six months old though and we are still using the medium flow at one year. He can't quite drink well from a cup yet, so we may shift to the fast flow soon. (Want to avoid "sippy" cups for dental reasons. Like the Avent Natural Cup.)We actually started him out on the Medela Calma before they were available in the US to correct his latch and biting. We switch to these as he progressed because they are easier to clean and assemble. These actually hold up to 6oz though it isn't marked, so we haven't had to buy the 8oz. bottles. The markings are very accurate, so you can add formula and just fill to appropriate marker. I went through and verified all of my bottles at the 2 oz.markings in the beginning and they were spot on. Found it helps to rinse them with _hot_ water after using them, especially the nipples and especially if you are tossing them in the dishwasher. Works well for storing both breast milk and formula and connects well to Pump In Style and Symphony breast pumps. The cap is leakproof which is important once you switch up to medium flow nipples.::posted by Rob's wife

Great for premature babies
Besides the hospital bottle this is the only bottle my small newborn likes. The nipple shape is closest to what they offer in the hospital.

The Only Bottles My Sons Like To Use
I don’t know why, but these are the only bottles my sons like. I’ve tried so many others, and they just wouldn’t latch onto them. These bottles are a good size, super simple, and easy enough to clean, there aren't many parts. If you’re having trouble finding bottles your baby likes, you might want to give these a try. Hopefully, they work for you as well.

They’re decent
They worked ok for my breastfed baby he would collapse the nipple every time he used these (started at about 1month hold) and get breast milk or formula all over him and whatever he was laying on eating. Then I got the medium flow nipple and everything was fine. The size is great for us since my baby only ever drinks about 4 ounces of milk at a feeding and he’s almost 4 months now. The seal works as it should and I really like that it has the nipple covers because I don’t like anything touching the nipple because it’ll be going in his mouth. Only reason I took a Star off was due to the nipple being so easily collapsed when being used.

Only ones my kids like
Only bottles that worked for both my kids. Tried several other brands.

Great for tongue tie
My baby has a posterior tongue tie and a lot of difficulty breastfeeding so we’ve been pumping exclusively, and these bottles are worlds better than any other brand. Since the nipple is longer and softer, it goes directly to the back of his mouth to the soft palate and he can suck much more easily than with other bottles. We tried several other brands that are supposed to be very highly rated but it’s still like night and day compared to these bottles.
