There’s not much else to say other than that it’s tastes great and has an amazing consistency. One tip I learned about almond flour when used in crusts: even if the recipe doesn’t say to bake the crust first, baking it for about 10-12 minutes at 350F degrees brings out the flavor. It tastes better and the consistency of the crust is better. Just a little bonus!

I'm on the KETO diet and needed an alternative flour for making cookies etc, this fit the bill, I made almond cherry cookies, and they turned out perfectly, even the non KETO family members loved them...too much actually, now they're gone!I refuse to use, or eat anything with non-organic Almond flour, as it is the most chemically sprayed nut. Round up is used on the trees, then the almond growers use fumigation on the nuts before they're sold. GROSS!

I love this almond flour and if you do a lot of keto or Paleo baking you have to have this in your pantry. I use this to make breads or muffins all the way down to making egg plant Parmesan and breaded chicken. It’s very hard to find organic almond flour especially flour that is super fine and good quality but this is it.
