Highland Venus Plus Hair Dryer

My hairdresser helped me justify this purchase by reminding me that girls with straight hair spend upwards of $100 for a really good flat iron, so why not splurge on a hair product for my curly hair? This bonnet dryer works perfectly to quickly and efficiently dry my hair so I can enjoy a curly style without my hair "growing" in volume all day. My hair can be mostly dry in 15 minutes. It is a bit hard to get the ends dry if your hair is to your shoulders or longer. I clip it up to help with that for the first five minutes or so, then take the clips out to allow the rest to dry. This dryer works best with the wheel set (sold separately) so that you can move it easily. I have mine set up in my bedroom with a regular chair.

Very easy out together! Great for a home salon suite. Quiet while running which is a great feature to have. Gets a workable temperature to dry hair Completely. Great value for money spent.

I have used this dryer for several months and love it. When I purchased it I used it to roller set permed hair. I went natural earlier this year and I now use it to dry roller set hair when I want a straight look. The dryer is a typical size that you would see in a salon. With that being said it is compact enough that it does not take up a lot of space. When not using the dryer, I roll it into my closet. You will have to order the wheel stand separately. It has two legs in the front and and two wheels in the back so the dryer can be rolled. It is quiet, dries quickly and has a cool down mode. You will really like the dryer. Well made, study and used often. I use a standard folding chair when sitting under the dryer.

I've used this dryer a handful of times now and I love it! It does a great job of drying my hair nicely. I think it gets extremely hot, but there's no temperature gauge so I can't tell you what temperature it gets to. What I do know is that I cannot leave it on HIGH for too long because it's too hot for me. I'm super happy with my purchase. I bought the wheel kit as well and it's super easy to assemble. Loving it!

My beautician ha used this dryer for years, that's how I found out about it. My mother liked it so much that I ended up buying her one also.

This dry leaves a lot to be desired.It doesn't really get that hot it will get the job done but it doesn't really get that hot.In addition I am accustomed to having the floor dryer with their plug outlet on top this one does not have one. I am somewhat disappointed but it will work for now.

Works great, but very low with standard chair, needs the rolling stand (called Sally's to have stand ordered, have to go into store, not available on Amazon). The only other issue I have is the fact that you just put the 2 pieces together and the bonnet doesn't snap in. I'm thinking of returning for the other listed at $179, It has a stand and might last longer.
