Doughmakers9" x 13" Cake Lid for Doughmakers Cake Pan

Q: Is this lid oven safe?

It has never crossed my mind to put such an expensive item in the oven, it is of a rather soft metal, probably aluminum., scratches very easily. Even so I love being able to cover anything I bake in my favorite Doughmakers 9 x 13.

Q: I had difficulty putting the lid on my 13x9 pan, and now I can't get it off. Luckily there's no food in it now. Is there a trick to getting it off?

My cake pan cover fits rather loosely, with a lip along the length of the pan. Lift up on the lid on the opposite side from the lip which should be visible. It acts as a hinge.

Q: Does this fit the Fat Daddio's 9x13" cake pan?

I don't know if it will or not. I purchased it with the Doughmakers 9"x13" cake pan. I looked at the one you were talking about and looks like it might be possible but I couldn't say for sure. Good luck.
