Long John Snacks Pickled Sausage - Gourmet Smoked Pickled Beef and Sausage Snack (Red Hot, (4) 36 Ounce)

Hadn't managed to find a place selling pickled sausages for years after I moved to a new state so I finally gave in and ordered them. First of all the price is fine, it's a Lot of sausages, unless you're eating fistfulls in one sitting, about $30 per jar is more than fair.They don't snap like they should which is a shame, but honestly they're so delicious it makes up for it, I'll be coming back once I finish these jars for sure, interested in trying the polish sausage or habanero flavors especially!

These really beat the individually wrapped Penrose sausages. These taste like the ones I used to get as a kid at delis and bowling alleys.

I throw them on the grill and use them in place of hot dogs, great on a bun with some mustard. YUMMY

These are so good. My mouth waters when I open the jar. The texture and mouth feel are great. I like to slice them open and eat on a piece of bread. It's obvious the meat used was good quality. I'll buy again. Two jars gone in two months. I'm in control. Ha!

Not too sour or salty, the sausage has a bit of a snap to it and you can still take a full breath after you eat a serving I highly recommend these!

Overall taste I love and value for money is good.

I’m from Michigan and I travel for work so I’ve lived on other coast and they have nothing like Long John brand pickled sausages around and I was excited to learn there being sold on Amazon and they have the same great taste from when I was a kid and it’s a great deal for the price and they’re worth it!!! Now I might can stay on the west coast a little longer!
