Tips and Suggestions Before start to clean, please refer to the below 3 tips then decide if our printhead solution is suitable for your printer. 1.This printer ink head cleaner kit couldn't solve all blockages. Such as: (1)The printhead cleaner doesn't work for badly clogged head and insoluble substances inside the nozzle. (2)It doesn't work for very old aged printhead since it may cause more clogging after cleaning. 2.Since you are not professional, there is a risk of damaging the printer when repairing it by yourself. If there is leakage or improper operation when injecting the fluid cleaner to the printhead, it will burn the circuit, even damage the printer completely. 3.After finish cleaning with this fluid, you need to run the"Nozzle Cleaning" program, it will need a lot of ink. If there is only a little ink left, please refill or change to a new cartridge.

Did not work on HP 7700 All-in-one
I purchased this on the chance that my printer 'HP 7700 All-in-One Pro' might work although it wasn't on the list of printers covered. Well packaged and good, clear instructions and prompt service. Unfortunately, due to the printhead structure it is not possible to pass the cleaning fluid into the printhead. Soaking the head in a shallow tray also did not work. Still all is not wasted, will try it out on my Lexmark printer. Not the suppliers fault.

Surprisingly Easy & Effective
Bought this kit to clean my Canon MG3250, which had not been printing properly for in excess of a year - lots of lines, lots of missing print areas etc. Before replacing a printer I barely use anyway, I thought I would give this a shot.Although the kit came with quite detailed instructions and pictures, I found that nothing reflected what I could see in my printer. In the end, I just repeatedly covered the print head area in the cleaning solution, left it to soak before removing with cotton buds. I did this about 8-10 times, until the tiny sponge areas were almost clean. I then ran a print head clean and deep clean on the printer before printing a nozzle check in the print utility and hey presto! It's like a new printer :)

Great kit with very clear instructions, didn’t work unfortunately but difficult to say whether it’s because of the product being ineffective or the print head has a more severe blockage

Did as instructed, but didn't do the job. Tried this 3 times, so maybe the printhead was definitely dead.

Easy to use and freshing up print heads
This helped clean out my printer noozles when the black ink was spitting big blobs onto the paper and helped with the other colours that were a bit clogged now the prints bright and better quality.

Good product giving printer new lease of life.
This product worked a treat on my printer, does take a little persistence with the alcohol to unblock the printhead but does eventually work. My advice would be to leave the solution overnight on the printhead rather than for 1 hour as stated on the instructions. After a few attempts ink started flowing back to normal on the printer. Would definitely recommend.
