Recieved product in broken jar with salt spilled in box.Very bad handling and packaging of product, lids and inner seal both broken.Attaching picture of product recievedI have purchased this product many times but jar lid quality is bad.

I have been using this salt for almost a yearand its quality is superb

Although quality of salt was as expected but the thin green cap of the borosil container was received in cracked condition. Possible reason was that the outside shipping label was pasted upside down which might have created confusion to the package handlers and the container was, in effect, lying upside down all throughout, putting all its weight on the thin, not very sturdy green plastic cap and the latter got cracked during transport. Such mishap can be avoided if an updown arrow be printed on the package and a sturdier green cap of the container is used.
