These taste AWFUL! Like making strawberry NesQuik with water instead of milk. They also don’t really work and they make your stomach feel hallow, like you have a deep emptiness in the pit of your stomach.

I’ve actually lost 6 pounds over the 10 days! This did come with a change in calorie intake as well but I’m happy I bought them.

I'm not really seeing results in losing weight but it does surpress my appite.

I tried for day one so far and can say that it did curb my snacking cravings. However, the flavors aren’t bad they just turn into this super sticky sludge like drink and honestly it’s hard to get it down. I might return and look for a different product because I don’t think I’ll be able to finish the program.

When I received my order it felt as if the box was empty. I know 1.8g isn’t a lot and all but I can’t help but feel that something isn’t right. Plus when I opened the box there was loose powder everywhere. Are ALL the packets supposed to feel as if almost empty? To be honest, I was shocked to see the appearance of the shipping and product. It wasn’t in a shipping box, sealed or anything. It just had a “sticker” to keep the box from opening. You can even smell the powder before I opened the box. It looked very tacky. I’m confused as to why the package was even sent without a shipping box to protect the product against damage. Sadly, I wasn’t very impressed.

Little spendy

This product is a waste of money and over priced for a 10 day supplement. Even with diet and exercise it did nothing. The consistency of the mix is terrible and gelatinous.

Sadly it makes me sick. Horrible stomach pains. I'm sure it works for some but definitely not for all.
