Love Scooter- Need Paperwork
My husband loves the scooter. I had it assembled &ready for his Christmas gift. The only problem is thatwe received absolutely no paperwork with the scooter.Even though he won't need a motorcycle license, heWill need insurance & a tag so he needs title...

Piece of Junk
This is the worst investment I EVER made. From day one, I have nothing but problems. Can't even make it up a hill. I really wasted a lot of money and I fully regret it. If I were able to return the item without a hassle I most certainly would!

... these last year and I am really having a great time with it
I got one of these last year and I am really having a great time with it. I also got the Haines book on Chinese and Taiwanese scooters, and am somewhat handy, which is basically all you need. There is so much information on Youtube in case you need any customer support, which is one of the things you trade away when you buy scooters this cheap. I like that the Icebear gives you the windshield. Mine did not come with one, so I ordered one by googling cheap scooter windshields, and now I go faster.
