My lifelong favorite Italian dish has Always been chicken marsala, and my standards are High! We moved down south from New England a few years ago, and the 'Italian' restaurants here leave something to be desired, when coming from a region full of real Italians, lol! That said, I decided to attempt it on my own, as I'm a pretty good cook. I Literally couldn't find Any marsala anywhere near us, so I tried Amazon, and got this one from Medela.Oh. My. Gosh. My homemade chicken marsala was, hands down, the BEST Ever, for both my husband & me! And he's Italian, so his vote counts more,lol! I will Always keep a bottle or 2 of This wonderful flavoring in My pantry from now on.... 😋 😋 😋 🍾

Hard to find good Marsala in my area ,well worth the price over some of the inexpensive ones in local stores.

It’s delicious and priced reasonably

I had a recipe which required this specific wine. I didn't know where to purchase this wine so I turned to Amazon. It was very good in the recipe and I'd recommend to anyone who found themselves in a similar circumstance of needing this hard to find product. It was delivered promptly and was a reasonable cost.

It's pricy but it's excellent quality AND ... it's Kosher if that matters to you. I tried other brands and most of them gave more ounces for the same price or slightly more but they tasted like vanilla extract that was diluted in water and dyed the color of Marsala wine ... aka pure garbage.This Marsala wine is a good example of "you get what you pay for". I think the extra cost is well worth it once the Chicken Marsala hits the table {8^D

Use it for making Marsala pears. Yum so good
