phone came quickly-boxed well. a lot lighter than my 30yr old phone & not so bulky. wasn't hard to switch out old phone to new-went quickly. ring is nicer/calmer not so startling loud as old phone. have only used it once but seems to be very nice-good buy.

This is a great fix for any family that wants a handheld phone in the home. My toddler loves answering the phone and it brings back the innocence of home phones. The ring is not too loud which I love and it is very easy to set up.

Phone works well but I purchased it to replace and older ont that did not show the number of the caller. This one has that feature but it is not lighted and it bery difficult to read. It does work reliably but I would not recommend it for use by senior citicens I am in that category.
