As this means the bottle will last longer the initial higher purchase price balances out.The four different sf vanilla syrups I cycle between have quite different vanilla flavours: light, floral, heavy, musky, smokey etc. So it's a question of finding which you like, personally.If you are not used to sf products then you will notice the artificial taste of sweeteners with this syrup, especially if you are heavy handed with it. Once you are used to sf products the artificial flavor becomes much less noticeable, so I advise you to wean on to them gently, to let your taste buds adapt.
