Premium 7" Page Magnifier Fresnel Lens For Reading

I bought this for some senior citizens at a local nursing home, and they obsessed over them. I had to buy more since everyone wanted one. Easy for them to carry around and did a fantastic job of enlarging text. They loved it!

This product was an expensive and exactly as described!

Too delicate, easily warped

I thought that I was ordering a full page one other than that it's fine

I bought this so I could read a book I received at Christmas that has very small print. Unfortunately, it is not ideally suited to that purpose. It is awkward to hold the book in one hand and the magnifier steady in the other for any length of time. Also, I find that no matter where the reading light is placed, the magnifier sheet casts both a shadow over the page being read and a concentrated light point somewhere on the page, which is very distracting. That said, it does indeed magnify and make small print readable. I think it is a much more practical tool for quick reading jobs like directions, medicine bottles, recipes, that sort of thing. It's not useless, neither is it what I hoped it would be.After trying to use this I finally got fed up with it and decided it IS indeed useless. I tossed it.

I really like this magnifier. It's stronger than what I've been using and very clear. I'm glad I bought three. I keep one in the kitchen for reading the small print on bottles and packages.

Bought this so my dad could read his Christmas gift. The text is quite small on the New York Times Custom Sports Book, this helps see it. Great for the price. Rated 4/5 because you have to hold it away from the book, so it gets tiring.

It magnifies as advertized. Unfortunately, it needs to be held above the page for optimum magnification. It is flimsy and cannot be held with one hand so that you can hold the book with the other.
