Likely Damaged in Transit - Possibly Due to Fragile Construction, but Excellent Seller Support
The blast freezer arrived with a significant issue: the refrigerant had completely leaked out during shipping, and the unit wouldn’t cool at all. Understandably frustrating, but the seller was quick to respond and stayed in close contact via WhatsApp to help troubleshoot.Ultimately, we had the unit professionally repaired, and the seller covered the cost through a partial Amazon refund. While the initial condition was disappointing, the seller’s responsiveness and willingness to resolve the problem made a big difference.Now that it's working, the freezer performs well and meets our needs.

Strong machine! Very solid.
This machine is exactly what I needed. The user interface is surprisingly easy to use. Two main settings: one for status and one to modify, with presets for types of freezing. I bought the five tray freezer, it's big enough for my needs. I like that it has an auto defrost in case you freeze something slightly wet. I won't deal with ice accumulation or mildew if I turn it off. I'm very happy with this freezer. Good buy!
