Important Weak Point
Everything about this purse is awesome except for one slightly important thing. The loops where the strap is attached to the pouch are made of standard webbing straps that are about 3/8" thick. There is no wire inside, it's just webbing, easily seen on the pictures if you look carefully. On the larger purses (even the next largest Pacsafe Luggage Slingsafe 100 Gii Shoulder Bag) this loop is constructed from the same stuff as the purse strap on one side and the strap is sewn directly to the purse on the other. I imagine it wouldn't be difficult at all to slash (or snip) the tiny little webbing loop if one knew where to strike. If you are wearing this as a waist pouch, not really a problem, but if you planned to carry it as a purse, well, this might bother you.Another reviewer noted that the zipper can be opened about an inch due to the locking clip placement, and this is true, but it's certainly not going to be sneakily opened while you're wearing it on your person. I don't think these bags are intended to keep someone from pilfering your stuff if left in the hotel room, just to deter a would-be pickpocket. They must've put the zipper lock clip on the pouch body to make it useable without the purse strap attached. I seriously wish they'd put another locking clip on the strap though. Again I think this is obvious in the pictures if you examine them closely (zoom in.) The zipper lock clip is attached to the inside of it's little nook with an with a piece of elastic, so it does snug it back down into the nook and you can tuck the top of the zippper pull in there as well. To me, it's a non-issue. I don't know how anyone is going to stealthily get anything more than a stick of chapstick out of a 1" gap and even then they'd need 2 hands. There also does not appear to be wire mesh in the strip of fabric where the turtle emblem is sewn in, between the pouch zipper and the main compartment zipper.I'm a bit of a perfectionist and the design just seems a little half-arsed compared to their other products which I examined in a brick and mortar store before finding this cute smaller purse online. I assumed it was constructed with all of the other thoughtful details included in the bigger pacsafe handbags and packs and did not closely examine (zoom in on) the photos. Why bother creating this product if it's not going to live up to the brand standard? In my opinion it needs some minor redesign to be worthy of the Pacsafe logo. If the loops of webbing were simple tucked down into a nook, problem solved, and it would make use as a pouch more visually appealing, in my humble opinion! Or change it to a metal d-ring, which would work find since the strap hooks rotate 360 degrees. As far as the panel with no wire, my suggestion is to put a security panel in from behind, under the lining of the main compartment. The proportions of the purse are quite appealing and I don't think it's worth making it bigger to get the wire mesh in there, but I do think the wire is important to customers. I think it could be achieved from behind though. Think about it, Pacsafe. Please don't give up on this cute little purse. And if you use my ideas, send me a replacement purse, please. ;)I do plan to keep it because I do believe it will deter theft and I don't believe the small loops of webbing could be accessing without me being aware. I also don't think it's likely to be slashed by the emblem because I think the idea is for the contents to fall out and they would not fall out even if it was slashed there, but what do I know, I'm not exactly a professional pickpocket. I'll be taking this to India for a 2 week trip. If anything enlightening happens regarding the purse, I will try to update this post.

I love this purse
I own 2 large pacsafe purses (the ones that have the water bottle pocket on the outside), and I was looking for a smaller purse to keep inside of the larger purse to use when I don't feel like lugging around the larger one. One that would hold my camera, cellphone and a small quantity of cash. This slingpurse does the job. All of those items can fit in this purse, and there's some room for additional small items like a spare battery and chapstick. I don't actually have plans to use the RFID pocket for my passport or credit cards (since I use individual RFID sleeves for those), and plan to secure them in my money belt. However, the RFID pocket in the slingpurse is the perfect size and place to store a smartphone when turned off and not in use. And over all, it works double duty as a camera case and a purse for me, so I'm very impressed with this purse and highly recommend it for when you go sightseeing. I purchased the one in black, so it will go with any outfit or occasion.UPDATE: August 2015 - I just purchased the "cypress" color one too from ebags (lower price). I now keep the black one in my vehicle to change into when I don't need a large purse while out and about. That way I will always have one with me. If you own this purse, you are aware that there are two(2) small cloth tabs that the metal hooks attach to, well those are starting to fray a little but still intact, and I would think they would be the first thing to go if anything. My black one has been through the wringer and is still holding on and is the best small cross-body purse I've ran across so far. And they are worth the money to me, especially if you can find them on sale or marked down. I think the best thing about these purses are the fact that the material is water resistant and mine has been in all kind of pour-downs and nothing got wet or drenched inside. Which is why I own the medium size bag like this one too!**these bags do have a 5 year warranty too (manufacturer defects etc)

This is just right!
If you want a small secure purse for daily use or travel - this simply does it all. The strap adjusts, it has 2 inside pockets with one zip, as well as an outside zip pocket. It is totally secure - no one can read info through it.You can even remove the secured strap , and slide it inside a regular purse when you travel, so your info remains secure.I love that I can use a damp cloth to clean it , that it is so light weight, and that the strap allows many ways to wear it. It also has 2 straps which allow you to wear it with a waist belt if you prefer. It is reasonably priced , durable, security protection - great little item!!

Efficient and Stylish Fanny Pack, Minor Issues -- Overall, I recommend
A fanny pack that is stylish and “small” (yet big enough to fit the essentials). My only issue is that I somehow got a black scuff mark on the outside of the bag -- not sure how, as I just purchased it and have only worn it out a few times. If that didn’t happen so fast, I would give this 5 stars. Also, the hook locks give me a little bit of an issue (the unlock/lock feature). One of them got stuck in place in the lock position, even when I turn it to “unlock,” so I use the other hook. Again, have only had this bag for less a week. Overall these are minor issues and could be unique to the one I purchased. My advice to the manufacturers / sellers would be to create better lock features. These are somewhat flimsy. Still, scores better than most fanny packs out there. I would buy this again.

Fantastic small purse.
Purchased this item more as an "evening" bag, where I only need keys, cellphone, a bit of money, and a credit/debit card.t also has a holder for your passport and cellphone. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, but so far from my inspection of the bag it more than meets my needs. The only negative that I can see, is that there is a small looptag attached to the outside on the side seam, that could be sewn on the inside and used as a small pen/pencil holder instead. Otherwise it's a perfect small purse that can hold a lot.
