MTV2 Headbanger's Ball, Vol. 2

Although I'm not a big fan of this type of music I appreciate the raw energy and hard driving intensity of this music. This collection doesn't disappoint in that regard. Great collection.

I had this album when I was in high school and I couldn't find it anywhere. Found it on here and love it. Been listening to it ever since I got it. Great album.

This is one of the best CD compilations out there, only beat by Contaminated (Relapse records) and Uncorrupted Steel (Metal Blade). I will now go right into the sonsas I have a limited writing space...Disc 11. Duality - Slipknot - I really like this song. One of the best from thier best album. 5/52. Right Now - Korn - Don't like their new album much, but I guess this is one of the better ones. 4/53. Rose of Sharyn - Killswitch Engage - Great metalcore band. I really like this song. 5/54. Kick the Chair - Megadeth - Dave Mustaine rules! 5/55. Right Side of the Bed - Atreyu - I liked their first album, but the new one sucks! 0/56. Step Up - Drowning Pool - Not the same without Dave.... 2/57. Weak and Powerless - A Perfect Circle - Too mellow, should of had "Judith". 3/58. What Drives the Weak - Shadows Fall - AWESOME! SF dominates! 5/59. Imperium - Machine Head - Best song from their new album, but like I said...WHY the edited version? 4/510. Waiting for the Turning Point - Superjoint Ritual - Phil Anselmo is my hero. 5/511. Into the Darkness - Kittie -Okay band. Morgan's hot though. 4/512. Your Sweet 666 - Him - Too soft for this type of compilation. 3/513. Unholy Confessions - Avenged Sevenfold - This is possibly the only good song from their new album (first one rocks, though). 4/514. Laid to Rest - Lamb of God - The uncensored rules, but this version sucks. 0/515. Prophecy - Soulfly - Best song from the new album. 5/516. House of Doom - Black Label Society - Good song, but not the right sogn to be on this compilation. 4/517. Breathing New Life - Damageplan - Awesome band. R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell :'(18. Quiet Place - In Flames - I'm so sick and tired of all their old fans saying "they sold out". 4/519. Archetype - Fear Factory - One of their best songs in general. 5/520. Compilations like this one will always be somewhat hit and miss, but their are more winners here than not...Best songs: Rose of Sharyn, Duality, Medusa and Hemlock, Imperium, the Great Dividers, Needled 24/7, etc. The first volume is even better
