I purchased this cup turner with little to no expectation. When I first got it I was a bit overwhelmed by the fact I had to assemble it. When I purchased it I thought great no assembly required. I was wrong. Nonetheless it’s not as overwhelming as it seems. For the price that I paid and all the extras that I got with it makes up for me having to self assemble. The package also arrived earlier than I was told. I ordered late Friday and it arrived on Monday. How awesome is that. If you are looking for a tumbler turner look no further. You won’t be disappointed and the extras that you get with it is also a great bonus. That glitter is on point as well. Purchase while you can. Buy 1 or 10..... it’s is worth it.Edited to add: S/N yes there is a fitting issue with the PVC pipe but I just taped it with black electrical tape and kept it moving. No issues with it coming off or my tumbler dropping the cup...... still a great buy and still recommend..... first tumbler spinner and still have it and love it.....

This is easy to use. It has a switch to turn off and on. The instructions are easy to follow. It was simple to put together. The foam is a long strip with a sticky back that you stick to the plastic pipe and roll. It sticks on itself. I thought it came with a solid piece of foam (kind of like a pool noodle) but it didn't. This strip of foam will allow you to adjust for smaller cups. Just don't wrap all the foam around the pipe. Not sure how long that will last but you could always replace it with a different type of foam later on. It has worked great so far!! Will more than likely purchase another on once I test this one out a little longer.

The media could not be loaded. I love this turner! I have been back and forth in which one to buy for months and finally decided on this one! I was not disappointed. 1. it was fast and easy to put together. I had it ready to go in about 10 mins. 2. The motor is super quiet! 3. I have left it on overnight a few times and the next morning the motor was not hot at all! 4. It’s very level and did a fantastic job on my tumblers! I will definitely be getting more! Oh and the foam padding held my cup on great, no slippage at all!

Where are the screws???? Tried to visit website to no avail.

The first one received, the motor started making noise after just a few cups and would intermittently stall. The one month return window had expired.I reached out to the manufacture and they apologized and sent out a replacement.The new one has been going strong for months and had over a dozen cups (3-4 epoxy coats) ran through it @ over 24 hrs each. It still runs surprisingly cool!!I will purchase another one around the holidays when I need to make some gifts.

I wanted to try tumbler making. I was excited to get my turner and it was so easy to put together. Tumblers stay on the turner and I leave it spinning and the epoxy drying while I sleep. Sometimes it will run for 12 hours straight, it doesn't get hot and the epoxy levels out very nicely. I recommend this cup turner. I am very satisfied with my purchase. To keep it from being so easy to move around my husband attached it to a board.

I have been using this tumbler for a couple months now. Im on my 6th tumbler cup and decided to buy another tumbler turner for my small business. This is the second tumbler turner that I have bought from them. It is the best value for your money but beware: your tumbler will fall off after a few hours of rotating. To fix this I drilled a hole and stuck a pin in to keep it from falling out. Its also super quiet. You barely even notice its on.

Item shipped very well, all parts were included.Pro: the noise level of this cup turner is VERY quiet.Neutral: This is a very light-weight cut turner. I am interested in using it for glass vases so this is not the turner for my purposes. However, it turned on when I pressed the button, it was relatively simple to assemble; it quite possibly a good purchase for more light-weight tumblers. I am pleased with the ease of returning this item.Con: Was expecting more of an actual "foam" (think pool noodle) part that you could slip over the end of the plastic arm, but this was an adhesive hard foam that you have to un-wrap, peel off the backing and then wrap around the plastic arm.
